Description of Work: They we're supposed to clean the air conditioner. Came very late and seemed unsure what their job was. Spent approximately 45 minutes looking at AC. Said it was very old. Would probably need a new one in the near future. My wife asked them for an estimate for a new one. They took measurements and agreed to let us know. We heard nothing more. I would not recommend them. A big outfit with poor service.

Job 1: Tech arrived within 2-3 hrs after my call, was very polite went right to work, found the problem. Was personable & efficient. Very good experience, would use them again & recommend them also. Job 2: This was my second experience with this Co. since June /06. They were very prompt, clean, courteous & knowledgeable. Fixed the problem right away. Price was fair. They are now adding $10.00 to the reg. $75.00 initial call due to high price of gas. Overall we had a very good experience with the company & would use them again.
Description of Work: Job 1: Compressor would turn off within seconds of turning on. Unknown to me our water tower had shut down due to power outage & had never been reset, therefore no water was getting to unit. Problem was solved within a few minutes by their technician.($95.) Job 2: A/C wouldn't turn on, not even the fan. Having had a very good experience 1 mo ago with this Co I called again, as I was without air on a very HOT day. They came out within 2 1/2 hrs. Found the trouble right away. Thermostat was not working. They had a Digital to sell us but it was too much $$ at this time. He found the trouble with ours & fixed it promptly. ($85.)
