I have used Del-Air since I have moved into my home. They are punctual and professional. They are easy to work with. The technicians come and they have all been great. I have received a lot of information from the technicians. They do not force me into having certain things done and that makes me feel they are very honest. I would recommend them to anyone.

We had a little bit of a hard time getting back in touch with them to answer whether not our system was approved by the inspector. Other than that, they were fine.

A/c went out on a Friday night, Being the big name company in town they had most on staff to get some one out asap on a Friday night in July to Get it going, technician told me that with my a/c being 12 years old I needed to replace and he could not give me a quote a salesman would have to come, so I call them up and they could not get one out for 3-4 days then schedule an install team for days latter, he also said I needed a heat pump, with me not understanding much about A/C I assumed thats what I had (didnt have and was aprox $2,000 more than I needed to spend) I have a friend in the buissness who then came out latter that day and refered me to a small company that wanted to do buissness as much as I wanted a/c in July (small company that dosent have the big budget for advertising only word of mouth) they were able to come out next day and do install at much better price and better service, would only recommend Del-air in a deprate small work on a/c

I would highly recommend them. If you have a problem, they usually get right on it. They are good about picking up their messages on weekends and getting you scheduled if you have any problems.

They did the job very well. They were on time, they were pleasant and workmanship was superb.

After a mediocre experience with another company, I changed to Del-Air. The price was a little higher, but the difference in services provided was worth more than the price differential. I have three central units, two being heat pumps, and one an air conditioner with an electrical heat strip. The technicians have been consistently thorough, impressing me, as I was used to the other contractor trying to take shortcuts whenever he thought he could get away with it. Typically, a single technician will spend three hours here, whereas the other guy used to be "done" in an hour and a half. The technicians are very skilled and they have a good eye for problems that could develop at some later point. When necessary, the repair guys are extremely competent. I have never needed a re-call with Del-Air and I have been thoroughly satisfied with their work throughout my relationship with them. If you need an HVAC contractor, you should consider Del-Air. They might cost a little more than some, but you'll be in good hands.

Crew arrived on time the day of the install date, the work took about 9 hours.the crew was great, went over the install plan prior starting the work, covered all working areas for dust, asked questions during the work, when working on the intake they show me two options that would work and asked me what I would prefer. The staff is very professional, the cleaned everything prior leaving, the head of the crew reviewed all paper works and system with my wife and I. Few weeks later the building inspector came couldn't believe how well the job was done and that it was rare for him to Wow an install, the duck work was great with the complexity of the shape of the roof....The install crew made a big difference on the experience.Reading over feedback I noticed a note concerning John A. the salesperson, and agree with it, he is arrogant, but isn't it a salesman trade? he got the sale didn't he? However, I was looking forward to have him closing the loop calling me after the install, this would had been a trade of a good salesman, but Del Air is a big corporation and is all about number and volume. They did the original install on my house and had the plan and new everything about and made me comfortable, they also had a special with Trane, 3 years no interest, I took and extra 10 years for parts and labor, about $650. The unit has been running great since then, my house is cooling down very fast, very quiet unit. We already saved $75 in a month. We are very happy with the system.

The tech was prompt, courteous, clean, and professional. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He arrived on time and did a 3-4 hour job in 2 hours. He was very professional, and due to the quality of this service call, I am considering an annual maintenance contract. Job well done!

I have a contract with them. I have been using them for 13 years. They provide fair service at decent prices. They even came out at 3:00 a.m. once, when there was an emergency. I do not have any complaints with them. I will continue to use them in the future.

They call and make the appointment ahead of time. They're always on time. They always wear uniforms. Then never track stuff into the house.

Del Air is the fourth A/C company that I have used. The first 3 were absolutely worthless - so I have a bit of experience w/ bad a/c companies. Just check the BBB for bad companies (F rated) and I used them before Del Air.Del Air has been servicing my air conditioners for ~3 years and for all but one technician they have been great. I did call and talk to a supervisor about that one technician and the issue was immediately resolved. So, when I needed a new A/C I stayed with Del Air. The salesman was prompt to my request for an estimate. He got back to me quickly with answers to my questions. The work was scheduled at my convenience and the installers showed up on time. The three installers were all friendly, professional and able to answer any of my questions. I am happy with the quality of the installation.

We use them all the time. We have had the system for almost two and a half years. They come out and do maintenance twice a year. We purchased the extended warranty and the yearly maintenance plan. It was free the last time they came out because it fell under the extended warranty that we had purchased when we bought our system. We get the same technician each time. I know his name and a little bit about his family. We get to talk when he's here. I think we have a good connection that is better than the average. He knows our house and our system. It's easier to deal with him and trust him. I know that when I call them to send out a technician I'm probably going to get him unless it is his day off. I feel comfortable having him work on our air conditioning unit. He always seems to be able to troubleshoot and figure out what kind of problems we might be having and take care of it. Del-Air is very dependable. They quickly respond if we have a concern or complaint about the system. They are very approachable and very easy to get a hold of. They are usually punctual. There was only one instance when it was a busy day and they were running late. We would definitely use them again.

At first there were problems with the unitthey uinstalled but they were responsive in coming out. We have since had them out to service it annually and have not had any problems. We will continue to use their services.

Overall, they were really good. They ended up sending one guy thinking it was a small enough job. They ended up sending a second guy. They took longer than what I had expected them to do but it wasn't really an easy job anyway. They were very personable. I was following through with them and even helping them out. It was fun. They were telling me some of the principles and I was drawing diagrams with them. They were very educational about it. They were a little expensive. It's better to pay money for an electrician than do it yourself and burn down the house. They were pretty responsive. They showed up a little bit late. They had to drill a hole to try and hook and fix a wire through and normally they would have left that, but the guy that I dealt with fixed the wall for me.

Good service, good installation, would recommend. Also, they take Angie's List seriously, which is a plus, both to the customer and to the provider. .

The job took about 8 hours. They did a great job, installing all new copper refrigerant lines, drain lines, electrical wiring, new duct board returns, new platform for the air handler to sit on, and new concrete pad for condenser unit to sit on outside. They removed all of the old equipment and lines and completely cleaned up everything. So far (3 days later), the system is performing beautifully. Originally they were supposed to complete this job on Monday, but apparently there was miscommunication between the salesman and the schedulers, so I got the system installed on Tuesday with a $326 discount for my troubles.

I spent $75 on that work. They are on time. They are very courteous and knowledgeable about their product. They are dependable.

In my experience Del-Air does not stand behind their work or expertise and does not go out of their way for the customers. When we moved into a new construction home in 2003 we asked Del-Air who was putting in our two air conditioner units for advice on where we should place our water softener in relation to our air conditioners. We installed the softener exactly where Del-Air instructed. Four years later our air conditioner's coils and air handler blew out. When Del-Air came out to inspect they said the problem was that salt from the water softener ate through the copper pipes of the air conditioner ruining the unit and causing us to re-pipe the unit pipes running through the ceiling, walls and attic. Del-Air stated that they had no responsibility and that they also wouldn't ask Trane to help cover part of the cost due to the problem being the salt. We called another company who was not involved in the original installation of the air conditioners or the water softener and they did call Trane who discounted a unit for us by 50%. Funny how Del-Air couldn't be bothered to make any attempts to assist on our behalf. Would never use Del-Air again.

They showed up at the time that they promised. They showed up on time. They had really good follow-through and follow-up. We had done a preventative maintenance contract with them and they would call us to schedule appointments. They were persistent, like if I would not call back they would call me until we made an appointment. We just trust the technicians.

I give the sales person, John A, an "F". He was cocky, arrogant, rude, and told us he "didn't care what we bought, since it was all volume to him". Based on him alone, I tried to avoid using his company, but someone else made the decision because they preferred "Trane" products. Needless to say, he talked about how much money he made and how "wonderful" he was. I even wrote this in the Customer Satisfaction Survey and they did not call. On the flip side, the Installers were FANTASTIC. They spend ALL day in our home, and did an outstanding job according to our inspector with respect to quality. Our air works really well, but we are still waiting for our bills to drop substantially. Essentially, I suppose as long as you get a decent salesperson who does not feel the need to cut you down and show his superiority you might be okay. Personally, however, I tend to form my opinion on a company I am considering using by all the employees, from start to finish. Good luck!

. The two workers that they send out were fabulous. I have used them before. The combination of the warranty system and how the warranty worked out with them for this unit that we got is what led me into it. Unbelievably they were early and their price was competitive.

They did the installations when these houses were built and I guess that most people kept them. We've used them for 7 years. We pay an annual fee and they come out twice a year. The annual fee is reasonable. We are very pleased with their workmen. They are always very pleasant and helpful. They were last here before the warranty ran out. It was quite extensive. They do keep up with their promises and they are very reliable. If they can’t make it, they will call. We will continue to use them.

They had the electrical work done in 3-4 hours. They knew exactly what they were doing. They are wonderful!

Overall, this service call went very well. I've been very pleased with their servicing. However, I placed a call to their office about a week ago asking them to send me a copy of an estimate I received for a new air-conditioner (replacement) and haven't heard back from them. If I had planned to have an air conditioner installed this year, they would have lost my business.

I have a yearly maintenance contract with them and I pay $180 for that contract and they come twice a year. I have been pretty satisfied with them, but the product they sold me, the air conditioning unit, was atrocious. Their service is good. I wish they had not recommended that unit, it was terrible. Sometimes the technicians come out and spend only 5 minutes but at times spend hours. The contract is coming up for renewal and I will be looking around but I probably would continue using them.
