Rocky's Roofing re-roofed several Condo buildings in Kendall a few years ago. Its been a nightmare ever since. We have experienced constant leaks. First few years, they would come out and patch the leaks, but many were only temporary. Eventually, they stopped responding. We have spent thousands $$$ and continue to make repairs due to the poor workmanship. The matter is now with the Association's attorney.

Rockys Roofing did an excellent job. They got the job done right and in a timely manner after the hurricane we had. I would definitely recommend them.

Rocky's Roofing would not honor the warranty to come back out and fix the leaks because of the Hurricane and said no one in the state of Florida honors warranties because of the hurricane. Very dissatisfied with the work and in the beginning of the estimate, did not honor the quote and inflated the bill. Had to negotiate to the get a lower amount but still cost more than the original quote.

Prompt, courteous and reasonable. Shannon the owner responded quickly to my call by having his scheduler send a crew out to inspect the roof. Quick and efficient the crew inspected the roof described the damage and provided an estimate on the spot. Once I agreed I was told that a crew would arrive in 3 days to do the work. As scheduled the repair crew arrived and in two hours the work was done and the property was cleaned up such that you would not know that a roof repair had been done.

I've had to replace the drywall on the ceiling's three times now because he kept telling me the leak was fixed and it was leaking as of today for 29 2015 three flat tires because his crew left nails in my driveway roofing pitch on the Paverstone on the house that he said he was going to clean up never did

They were very good. They provide good service. The guy we have dealt with was very efficient and he returned our calls.

It went very well.

The estimate was great they had quoted $13M and at the end it turned out to be $15M. They explained that it was because of the replacement of wood. The contract states linage never knew we used this to measure. The job was not done in a professional matter had to call several times to have them change the side woods. Concrete from the side of the house was broken never replaced. The worst part is the final inspection was passed a year after the work was done. They left a ladder in my front yard I had no clue who this belonged to. Till finally they call me to let me know that an inspector never passed the final inspection and they needed to get into house. Would definitely not recommend them.

After getting 6 bids over 3 months for a reroof on my 17
year old roof I decided on Rocky Roofing. There price was the fairest by far. I
called them several times with questions while I was taking bids and each and
every time they responded quickly (the last thing you want is a roofer that
doesn't call you right back).
Once I decided on them, I called, the next day Shannon went
over everything as I have 3 separate ridges plus and a flat roof so it’s not an
easy roof to do.
We scheduled it for the next week, they showed up early with
a large crew and I was shocked when I came home, they had stripped the entire
roof, replaced some bad wood and had the entire roof already tar papered. The
entire place was cleaned up so except for the roof you would never know anyone
was there. After they got the inspection they came back and finished the job. 4
days is all and it looks fantastic.
Their price was quite reasonable, they were very
professional, and I could be happier. I would use them again and will pass
their name onto my friends (that's big for me as I hardly ever do that).
