Had to find a dog toy I had purchased approximately ten years ago (request from my mother). Of course, no idea where purchased. Found website chewy.com. All things for all pets. Ordered online and when checked mail tracking the next day saw my error on shipping address. I contacted by telephone customer service. Too late to stop mailing, so free of charge, they immediately shipped to correct address and did not charge me. They were extremely nice and helpful. My mother received the package within 3 days. Both mother and dog very happy with the toy. A pleasure to deal with this business.

The way that they pack stuff and their quality control is something to be decided in terms of making sure the order is complete. On several occasions, I've received short orders and the packaging such that the insides arrived broken. Their responsiveness was fine. When I called them up and told them there was something missing, they would send it. You don't like calling somebody all the time saying that they're short of the delivery. When I call online, they're apologetic and they're professional. They need to learn how to pack stuff. They need to get their act together when it comes to making sure the orders are complete.

My experience has been very good. There is no shipping charge and I usually get my order the next day. Their customer service is very good...recently I was trying to track one of their orders and when I couldn't locate it through the tracking number they shipped another order out to me immediately.
