Everything was excellent, form the salesman Sean, the measuring crew, the office personell that set up the install date, to the install crew that installed 9 windows in 1 day. Amazing!

On July 24, 2024 installers for Lock Tight Company arrived to install windows and doors in my home. I was impressed to see the installers prepare the rooms with plastic covers on the furniture in order to limit the dust exposure. Both Installers were skilled in removal with little damage to the opening and installation was seamless. I also received a phone call from the Project Manager to ensure the installation was going as planned and if there were any issues to not hesitate to call him. Overall experience has been great so far

So far my experience with LockTight has been solid — clear communication from my sales rep and the installation team (questions a I had, called a few weeks before install and then again a few days before to align on timing), follow up from leadership, etc. We had 2 large skidding doors and front doors installed and the product is quality. Installation team was respectful and quick while clearly attempting quality. This is construction - your house will have dust, and LockTight did a good job of wrapping what could be wrapped and basic clean up. Once the work is inspected theyve stated they’ll come back to do trim work (replace molding, gaps between the floor and doors, etc). I’ll update if my review If anything changes, but so far so good!

From the initial meeting for a quote with Andrew Ursache to all of the supporting staff members who gave us continuous updates and play by play on the process. They were always polite, ready to answer all questions and there if we needed anything. I would recommend them to all my friends, family or anyone in need of an all around amazing company!

The crew worked super fast to finish the windows are doors installation the same day. They cleaned and picked up after all the window were installed I definitelly would reccommend Lock tight to family and friend

Very professional and communicative. They did a great job in ensuring my house was properly cleaned once they finished installation.

I just got my Lock Tight windows and slider installed. It did take quite a while to get the windows due to 3 of them being irregular (2 trapezoid) and 1 half circle. The regular windows and slider were ready much earlier, but I had to wait for the others. They gave me a choice to get the regular ones installed earlier but I decided to wait for all of them. The quality is fabulous. They use Cat 5 glass, and the trim is painted instead of that powder coating that starts rubbing off over time. The company called me numerous times to keep me posted on the order progress. They were very attentive. During the install, they were also in contact with me to check on the progress. The installers were on time and did a fantastic job. They cleaned up after themselves and the installation is top quality. The price was reasonable for what I ordered. I did not do the entire house due to cost, but when I am ready to replace more windows and sliders, I am definitely calling Lock Tight. Next on the list is a new hurricane rated garage door. They offer great financing, and it was super easy to deal with the finance company. The whole experience was excellent. If you are looking for a good company for your hurricane impact windows, call Lock Tight Windows and Doors. You won’t be disappointed.

Installation went as planned and final product is amazing. Crew was really good about covering furniture and work areas.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! THEY DESERVE NO STARS! Signed contract last year, install was in February and still my job is not finished. I have leaking windows, distorted glass, missing parts and the caulking job is HORRIFYINGLY BAD (even after redoing). They left holes and cracks in the drywall. 2 windows were installed incorrectly and had to be reinstalled. An exterior door they installed leaked water into my garage and master bedroom closet as it was not sealed properly. They left they job site for the night during the install and left gapping holes open to the outside. The list goes on! They were no shows for a few appointments including the inspection where the inspector left because of missing paper work and no one was there to meet him. I lost so much time from work. My last communication with them when I was checking on when the replacement glass and parts would be in (which were ordered in March) I informed them that a seal at the top of the glass in one of my sliding glass doors is leaking water and another of our windows has badly distorted glass (looks like a fun house mirror when looking through it and 3 windows in total have this defect). They were going to schedule someone to come out to check on these two new issues but I have yet to hear back. This is why I am leaving this review. It is my opinion that you stay far away from this company. Once they have your money they don't care. Yes their pricing was good but you get what you pay for here.

This is the first time I have had to install windows in a home. Everything from the sales team to the installation was perfect. The team was on time, professional, covered everything to protect my stuff. The windows look amazing too. They were truly great to work with!

Everything for the sales person to the instillation crew has been AMAZING!!!! My instillation crew was the best. they worked through the rain and also made sure no rain got in the house while working. They stayed late on the last day to ensure they were done in the time we were told it would be done. I would highly recommend LockTight for any of your window and door needs.
