This was the first time I used Angi. Highly recommend Rick. Rick called me immediately after I posted my needed job on Angie. He spent a lot of time talking with me about my situation. My house had history and I had previous mold inspections reports and mold remediation done 2 years ago. Rick had me forward him all my reports from my previous mold situation and he read them all completely before coming into my home. Gave me honest feedback. Then he did my my inspection the next day. Rick was VERY thorough. Checked the outside roof, took air samples outside for the control group, used various gadgets (I don’t know what they are called) to test moisture & humidity in all rooms, took samples of the mold visible for lab testing, checked my attic for mold & moisture along with checking the insulation, he took air samples for lab testing of all the rooms effected from my previous mold issue (which included the 2 rooms that currently have an issue). Rick was thorough but quick. And he also was very clean. He wore booty covers on his shoes when in my home and was extra careful not to make a mess going into the attic. I appreciated that. He also walked me through issues he could see that potentially could be causing the chronic mold issue in my home. I received his report 1 and 1/2 days later which included the lab results of the mold samples, air samples, humidity levels, moisture levels, overview of what he saw, issues causing the mold, and recommendations of next steps to get rid of the mold and to prevent it from happening again ….which was very fast. His reports are very detailed but easy to read. And again, it does include causes and recommendations to fix the problem. I highly recommend Rick. He is very knowledgeable, patient, easy to talk to, has great follow-up, and was on time for everything. His pricing was great. Not the most expensive and not the cheapest….but you will definitely get the most for your money with a Rick. Incredible value and a great resource. I confirmed all his licenses with DBPR too. I would 100% hire Rick again and recommend him to others.
