Excellent. Elian had to reschedule once but called the day before. He arrived the next week right on time. He was very informative and professional and honored my voucher even though it had expired. He gave me good advice and we set up a plan to keep my piano in good working order. Very personable,

It was fine. He take his time. The piano hadn't been tuned for years. He wanted to play, then call him back in 3 months. He couldn't do everything that was needed in 1 session. It was okay. He was very knowledgeable. He was on time.

Excellent expect for the additional charge that was demanded by Degen. It was not the customer's fault he was not aware of the specific T&C's of the coupon sent out however he would not relinquish the request for the additional funds.

It was average. I wouldn't use that provider again. He started interrupting our work because we work from home. He was talking about politics and things. He just did not do the work we needed. It was kind of unusual. They tried to do an add-on. Because the piano was whatever, they said it was maybe $80 more or something. I actually had to upgrade or something and I was like, "No." The price was reasonable. I would not recommend them.

It went well. It was one guy and he came. He did the minimal piano tuning and had to come out two more times. I think he did a good job and was a nice person.
