Gave me a firm quote and came on schedule - fridge is working fine

The first person I hired to fix my clothes dryer made two attempts, each time leaving me with a machine that worked for a few minutes before dying again. Enter Prince Waite, the owner of Americare. To say he is diligent and gifted is an absolute understatement. Unlike the first guy, Prince practically took the dryer apart to find the problem. It was the motor, a complex, old, and heavily overworked beast that was so beat up it looked irreparable. But he sat down with it and painstakingly brought it back to life. His fee was beyond fair (way beyond). AND Prince truly is a prince of a man -- sweet, courteous and prompt. Look no further!

Prince got in touch with me almost immediately after I submitted my request. He listened to my description of the problem with my Bosch washer and despite the fact that in his experience most homeowners can't properly diagnose the problem with their appliances, he asked the right questions to ensure he understood the true issue. He quoted me the price for the part he thought was needed along with the overall cost. He was extremely accommodating to my schedule and was able to come out and see me that same evening. When he arrived with his assistant he was very courteous and professional. Overall a great experience and a very good value!

He arrive within the hour. He explained in detail what the problem was and how a fridge/freezer operates. He also gave me one month warranty.

He also was able to schedule a time for a repair estimate within a short time and appeared at the start of the window of time he had asked to be allotted for the apartment to be available to him. They diagnosed the problem with my dishwasher, fixed it, charged me a very reasonable rate and left me with a warranty for the service. I was not only pleased, but I was amazed. It was a great experience that turned a problem into a situation with a solution.

They got to my home within an hour. They told me beforehand over the phone what their fees would be. They discovered a simple problem and fixed it. No parts were required and they were totally honest about that. I've had experiences with less than honest appliance repair companies and this company was totally great. The repairman came at a very unusual time, early Saturday morning, undid the mess the previous repairman had made, fixed my refrigerator, charged me a very reasonable price, and gave me a three month warranty.
