As the saying goes " whatever is worth having is worth waiting for" really held true in my situation. At the time I got the estimate I was informed that Scott Allen was backed up with projects and the wait to have my roof repaired would be considerable but having read good things about them I was willing to wait. Once their calendar was cleared they called and set up a day and time that they would start. A crew of four arrived promptly on the assigned day and set to work. They were the hardest working foursome I have ever witnessed! In two days they completely removed all the old shingles and black paper, re-nailed all the original wood decking, installed new black paper and new shingles. Justin, their supervisor, came periodically to check on their progress and also came back on the third day to ensure everything was as it should be. Justin, Carlos and the crew of four all performed their assigned tasks in an exemplary and professional manner. Their work and the materials used were of the highest quality. I highly recommend Scott Allen Roofing, their pricing is reasonable and their work is superb!

Overall it was a good installation and 3 roofers worked their butts off. We did have a couple scheduling issues but every thing else was fine.

My 99 year-old aunt needed repairs to the roof of her home. I had received a number of estimates from local roofing companies, all of whom said it would take weeks to schedule the work. I called Scott Allen Roofing who quoted a price far less than the other estimates and after hearing about my aunt's age, agreed to make the repairs in 2 days. The Scott Allen roofers were incredibly professional and completed a superb repair job. with a multi-year warranty. Also, they noticed the lightening rods on the roof were nonfunctional and offered to replace them at no charge . This is the best customer experience I have ever had with any company. Scott Allen Roofing deserves more than 5 star rating; it should receive 20 stars. They are that good.

Just great. They were prompt, did great work and cleaned up after themselves. Their price was very reasonable.

Although I hope I don't need a new roof anytime soon, I would not hesitate to hire Scott Allen Roofing again in the future. The owner was very responsive, came out and gave me a quote within 24 hours, and even offered to patch up my roof for free until the new one could be installed. Additionally, he kept in touch throughout the project's timeline and was happy to answer any questions I had about the process. The office staff was also quick to respond and happy to assist with whatever questions or concerns I had. The crew was also professional during the install and left the jobsite clean and orderly. It took a little longer than expected to have the roof installed, but it was worth the wait. The finished product is pure perfection. I couldn't be more satisfied with my overall experience with Scott Allen Roofing.

Very responsive to inquiry and even left voicemail with information per my request. Estimate seems reasonable and in line for work requested. When the time comes, I will likely hire this company

Everything from the first meeting, bid process, selection of color, installation, clean up, follow up was an excellent experience. Scott Allen roofing came highly recommended and they were a pleasure to work with.

I called on Friday.  Owner came out at appointed time on Monday.  Work was complete on Tuesday.

I like them very much.

Our house has a barrel tile roof.  We noticed several of the tiles were broken/cracked.  We called Scott Allen Roofing and he came out with 24 hours to check out our problem and offer a solution.  We decided to go with fixing the tiles at this point (all pieces were still on the roof - just broken or cracked). 

He came back the next day, went on the roof and fixed all tiles.  While on the roof, he cleaned where debris had deposited in the grooves between the tile.  The roof looks like new!
