We are a locally owned and operated company, not a big faceless corporation. We take pride in our work because the people who hire us aren’t just customers they are neighbors and our friends. There was a rain delay but once the company arrived the two man crew went right to work. They were polite and professional, and quick at locating the septic lids. The yard showed little evidence of having an area dug up. I am not certain that the inspection as described in the special offer was performed but I was assured a visual inspection showed no problems. We will to this company for futre septic needs.

Very happy with the service provided. The gentleman arrived on time and got straight to work. He was willing to answer my many questions and he didn't waste any time in getting the job done. He emptied the tank and explained that the problem was with the design of the current filter. I purchased one from him that was designed differently in hopes it will ensure the problem doesn't recur any time soon. Very professional and courteous. Would recommend to my friends without hesitation.

We have had our septic system system serviced several times over the past 17 years. The man who came to our house was right on time and did a great job. He was very quick and did a good job repairing the ground where our tank is locatd. He didn't try to sell us extra things we didn't need but I decided to upgrade our old filter based on my conversation with him. I highly recommend Zeb Watts for septic system work.

We called Zeb Watts originally on December 18th after being told that our problem was septic and not plumbing because of slow draining. They were recommended by the plumber and Zeb Watts came out within a two hours time frame that same day. The tank was full and they emptied it. We were told that it either fixed the problem and we wouldn't see them again until we needed the tank drained again in 5 years or the drain field had failed and we'd be calling them back within two months time. Unfortunately they received another call from us. We were told that while all the permits and supplies were being placed they would continue to empty the tank free of charge if we needed it to keep it from backing up in the house.
They came out on the scheduled day and continued to work when it started to rain to finish the job. Once the job was finished they cleaned up the yard and leveled it the best the could. Everyone that we came in contact with was polite and professional.

Easy to schedule, tried to do same day. When same day was not possible, only a small up-charge for a Saturday. Most other companies only laughed. The job went smooth, the owner came out. He did the deed quickly with no issues. Was polite, courteous and professional. It does not seem like $300 is a great price for 30 minutes work, but it is competitive with the market.

They arrived at the appointed time. After Steve introduced himself and his co-worker, I showed them where my ceptic tank was and what I needed to be accomplished. All of the work and adding an outlet device and filter were accomplished in a timely manner. They filled in the holes, raked and leveled the area where they worked prior to leaving. I found them to be very customer oriented while at my address.

They were very helpful. From the people on the phone in the beginning to the people that came out, everyone we came in contact with was great. The person in the office was very informative, helpful, and friendly. She told me exactly what will be happening when the techs came out.

What a great company! Called in the morning, and performed service the same day without any emergency call charges. The driver/serviceman explained everything he was doing and why, was courteous and on time. I will definitely use them again.

He did a very good but I made a mistake and told him it was an emergency. We had a storm that hit us about a month-and-a-half ago and everything was flooded so I had to have a lift station installed. He had the equipment to do it and he did a good job but he doubled his price. He showed up late.

Zeb Watt's crew is AMAZING!! The two young men who did the job were courteous, very well mannered, professional and on time. When they had to dig up the grass to get to my septic tank, they did not tear up my yard which was wonderful! It was extremely hot on the day of the appointment, but these young men never complained. They answered all of my questions to the best of their ability and they were extremely patient with me (and my million questions). When they were complete, they placed all of my grass back as neatly as possible, gave me my paperwork and asked me if there was anything else I needed. The office staff was courteous and friendly when I called to set up the appointment, as well.

We had a septic tank where the drain lines had gone bad and needed to be replaced. They kept the tank pumped so that it didn't back up while they got the necessary permits and scheduled the drain line replacement. They not only were very professional, courteous, reponsive and efficient. They were the best bid also.

They young men got there within the time provided and had no problems walking calf high into the water to get the camera down the line. They first ran the line down just to approximate where the water might be stopping. While pulling out the camera they noticed a portion that had no water in it at all. While they could not see what was the cause of the block at the end they did answer the questions I had. I would definitely recommend this company. Everybody is extremely friendly from the office manager (Wanda) to the owner Zeb.
