Called to have door installation quoted owner was down the next day with brochures and prices...very professional, on time, and great price. It took a little longer to get the door in not Hometowns fault just manufacturing delay. Set up appointment when door came in, on time, did everything in a timely manner, cleaned up, explained functioning. I had one small error but they are working on that as we speak, when replacing a door frame which other companies didn't even explain that this was an additional piece that is needed and an extra cost, Hometown was informative about everything. Anyway, some of the cement wall of my garage foundation came lose and has fallen away from the house it was due to the installation of the new frame. I didn't notice until recently because of all the heavy rain and it cause pieces to start falling out....but I would recommend this company to anyone! They were great!

They were about an hour late for the scheduled appointment between 8:30 am and 9:00 am. They did not call me to say they were running late. I had to find out what was going on. The technician showed up a little after 10:00 am. He was very friendly and did an okay job.

Our house was hit by lightning. In the process the logic board in the garage door opener stopped working due to the power surge.

The guys at Hometown Garage Doors were there the next day. They diagnosed the RIGHT problem, and fixed it rapidly. They were knowledgeable, nice, polite and went over and beyond by having my Homeowner's Insurance Affidavit notarized.

They reprogrammed all my remote (car included).

Best service in town. Recommended.
