Mike Kress Heating and Air

I've had heating and A/C problems that the original installer couldn't fix over a three year period. When the AC wouldn't come on this season, I called Mike Kress. He came on time, performed a complete system inspection and found a wire off a solenoid which prevented the AC from coming on. He also added pipe insulation where the original installer had left gaps and poor coverage, and, among many routine tasks, checked the temperature differential between return and supply side air to ensure it was up to standards, which was the first time I've seen that done, even though the original service company had been here many times on similar calls. I also asked him to replace the troublesome programable thermostat with a simple, non-programable model. He was polite, extremely knowledgeable, and a pleasure to do business with. I would recommend him without hesitation for any heating or AC service or install work.
