I was very pleased. They did a thorough job sent me all the reports. The report is broken down into sections so that you know the details and what needs to be addressed immediately. Also they offer a service called Homebinder, which is also very helpful when you?re buying a new property.

The inspector was readily available to walk me through questions on the report as well as offer suggestions based on his findings. Highly recommend them in the future.

I wanted to give a huge shout out to Wise. Craig, Phil and Thierry are not only inspection professionals but real estate industry and investment experts. I had high expectations when Wise was recommended to me by BPM REIA and they have exceeded for the following reasons. Professional, friendly and personalized - Craig warmly greeted me and my husband on the very first call to schedule our inspection. Understanding it was our first time dealing with such a large property, Craig patiently answered questions about the inspection process and advised us on things we should be considering and looking out for as investors. We felt reassured that we were in good hands and the Wise team had our back to ensure we were making the right purchase and were armed with all the information we needed. The Wise team moved quickly yet thoroughly and provided great feedback on the property and their findings before we parted ways. Our nerves were calmed on the spot! Post inspection we received a comprehensive report only a few hours later and they also provided a detailed report of all the repairs needed which even used AI - talk about industry leaders. After sending, Craig and team Wise persistently followed up to make sure we were well informed and fully understood the outcome of the inspection.
