Michael Gomez and Unique Bath are crooks! They sold me this dream and promised to fix the issues presented to them, but have been avoiding me. Check out BBB, they were revoked for all of the complaints, do your due diligence before hiring a contractor, I am warning you!!!! When uncovering the vanity and toilet that was covered in plastic sheeting, it revealed a large chip out of my vessel sink bowl and a large chip out of the top of my toilet tank. While installing the glass contractors dropped the glass while in my brand-new shower and shattered the glass and caused a significant amount of damage to my brand-new shower, that I have not even gotten to use yet. Now I have glass everywhere, blood everywhere and a damaged bathroom! I spoke with one of the owners, Alex and he stated that a new glass panel was being rush ordered for next day installation. I remained calm, as at this time I was worried about the glass contractorsâ hand that had a deep gash. They did attempt to clean up the glass and blood as much as they could, however there was so much left for me to clean and deal with afterwards. After cleaning up as much glass as I could, I notated the damage that was apparent and contacted Erika and did not get a response. The next day I was told the glass was being picked up at 11:30am and I was antsy and rushed home from work to await the delivery and install of the new glass. I waited until 4pm to contact Erika to find out what was going on and was then told that the glass was in fact not ready and that it wouldnâ t be ready until the following Monday or Tuesday. By this time, a month from the start date of the project has elapsed. I then again addressed the damage in the bathroom and was told it was forwarded to the owners and it would be addressed the following week. By now I am feeling that my concerns and are being brushed off as though it does not matter that they have damaged my vanity, toilet, brand new shower, walls, sink and shower faucet. I have also made them aware several times that the shower is leaking and now that they are paid in full, they seem to not care!!! As of today 09/25/23, over a year has passed and these items have not been corrected, although I have been promised on several occasions that they would be! BEWARE!!!

I gave a deposit for my bathroom remodel on 6/17/22 and still waiting. Carlos Lopez Sales Consultant been calling him no respond no update nothing

This has been the worst experience that I have ever had with a contractor. The project started in January 2022 and has still not been finished. The finally came in June and removed the tub and I haven't seen them since. I have made numerous calls most go unanswered, when I do get an answer I get we will look in to it and call you back but never any action. I'm out $5k and have no bathroom. Stay away from this company.

These are some great people. They did a wonderful job. They were timely, which given the supply chain is pretty impressive. The bathroom is beautiful. I highly recommend Unique Bath.

Everything turned out beautiful. In the master bath, we removed a tub and they created an extra large shower with duel seats and showers. Gabriel did a nice job tiling the shower and floor. They hung new mirrors and added sconces on the wall. The second and third bathrooms got acrylic showers, new floors, toilets, mirrors and fixtures. The forth bathroom, a half bath, got waincotting on the walls, a new toilet and mirror. They also added a backsplash in the kitchen. Subway tile all around with a beautiful pattern behind the stove. We also added a rock wall in our foyer. It's gorgeous. Alex was in charge of the work. He was very hands on during the remodel. Joel was the contract negotiator. Many a days I changed my mind on something and they were very chill about it!

Everything went really well--better than anticipated. The workers were very friendly and super helpful. Their workmanship was rock solid. They went the extra mile to make sure the project was a success. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Absolutely extraordinary in every way. From our first meeting to discuss the scope of the project (bathroom remodel/shower installation) to scheduling, demo, installation and finished product, everything was superb. I would never have expected any house remodel project to be 'easy,' but this was truly an effortless endeavor. I couldn't be happier with the finished result. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

Joe has been really great to work with so far on the estimate. I would recommend them.
