"I’m sorry that you are disappointed. We were called out to your home by your home warranty company. Your AC system has a severe leak and has been loosing refrigerant for some time before we were called out. The home warranty company doesn’t cover refrigerant leaks or coils leaking. You were presented with an “ up-front, flat rate” estimate to fill the system with new refrigerant. You were made aware that the refrigerant would leak out again. You agreed to the estimate and our tech received your signature to proceed with the work. And now 3 days later you have the same issue. I’m sorry that you are dissatisfied with the fact that your AC unit is leaking and that in lieu of replacing the unit, you choose to keep adding refrigerant until it leaks again. You were presented with the price BEFORE we preformed the work, you agreed to it and paid for the services rendered. You were advised that the leak would persist and you choose to add the refrigerant anyway."
