Initial phone call was welcoming and responsive. Staff was very friendly, the place seemed very busy, clean and the atmosphere was congenial and relaxed. Danielle listened well to what I wanted and gave me a good haircut. Her manner was professional, pleasant, friendly. Overall a pleasant experience. I plan to go back.
