Coral Springs Honda

My experience with Coral Springs Honda has been horrible. It is not a warranty issue, it is a customer service issue. I found the service manager, Louis Padraja, condescending. He quickly prejudged me and my issue before I ever spoke to him. As a result, I have a new Honda Pilot, less than a year old that may have water damage or maybe fine. My advice is to avoid Coral Springs Honda and their Service Department. If you’re interested in more details, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (Complaint number: 558761 (Ref#11-11279-558761-11-4100). To date (7/13/17), Honda Motors has assured the BBB that a representative will contact me, but they have failed to do so. The lack of customer support has been incredibly disappointing. My advice is to avoid Coral Springs Honda and their service department.

I think the cost of re-balancing my tires was included with the maintenance that we have.  We have a contract for the maintenance for the cars with Honda.  Their prices were very good.  Honda is really great.  I just take it in and they take care of it.

I have two Hondas and I usually take them to the Honda dealer. I like to take my vehicles there. Their prices are pretty pricey. Their quality of service is excellent. I would say that they're very thorough, they take good care of my vehicle when I take it, and the people that do the service are very kind. They're attentive and kind. They usually take it right in and it's not that long of a wait.

I couldn't deal with them, they were awful. I had it serviced there for a little bit, but the service was lousy. I was not happy with them at all. The service was bad. I had too many problems with them. The price, really the first couple of services, I didn't have to pay. I don't know who would work on it, you would see a service manager, and they were lousy. I only dealt with the service manager. It took maybe 30-45 minutes for an oil change. I did try with them, until I couldn't take any more. We don't live in a little town where there is only one dealership, we have options. We don't have to deal with people being rude.

I disliked the price. The interactions with them was very good. They are all quite professional, quite pleasant. No problems there, just the price. I felt it was a bit high. The work they did turned out excellent. I had to wait a while.

They were friendly and interested but the price was just too much. They did offer a rental car for free for a day.

The experience was fine. They have always been reliable and reasonably priced.

Work completed in about 90 minutes as estimated.

Coral Springs Honda are very responsive, I feel like they really try to please me, and if something is not satisfactory they will try to correct it to make you happy.

I actually purchased my car at this dealership. I haven't had any problems with them. I have been here several times for auto service. Everything goes pretty smoothly. It's convenient to use.

I have used them for a long time and there are never any problems. They get the work done quickly and I am impressed with them. They are able to make honest and reliable decisions about my car. The prices are reasonable and I would recommend them to other people.
