I called several roofing companies, most said they donâ t handle type of work (resealing patio aluminum roof requested by my homeowners insurance company). Could not get estimates to compare to but seemed reasonable. Showed up on time, completed the work. No complaints.

Him and his assistant were very detailed and made sure to identify the leak before beginning the job by doing what no one else would - going up in the attic and seeing where the actual leaks were staining. They came very quickly to evaluate the roof repair situation and gave us a quote, and then their unprofessionalism began. First they tried to push the price higher than they quoted originally in person (roof repair and gutters cleaning). After some back and forth emails they agreed to their original price. Then the crew came for roof repair on Friday, left absolute mess in our backyard (leaves and branches) and left without saying anything leaving that mess on our patio for the whole weekend. I called their manager on Fri evening and described this, they said that somebody will come on Sat and will clean everything. Then crickets till Mon. On Mon Juan Carlos came, cleaned the gutters, made absolute mess again in our yard and four yards around us. When we asked to clean all that he was very unhappy and treated us like we were making him do some extra work. Overall very unprofessional. I regret that I chose them.

Simon and Juan Carlos took me and my wife under their wing after Hurricane Ian. They made us know everthing will be OK. They made it so. From mitigation to total rebuild and it was a total rebuild. They took care of the whole project. We are back in our once destroyed home less in than a year. Simon and Juan Carlos are now lifelong freinds.
