Description of Work: I paid them $1000.00 to connect two small pieces of pipe, at most 10 feet in a completely open area. They did such a poor job that in less than 7 months, the pipes disconnected by themselves. When I called them, they told me that I had to pay an additional $125.00 for the plumber to take a look (who never showed up), in addition to the job cost. When I asked them if they didn't guarantee their work, they told me that I didn't pay for a guarantee. I just learned that I had to pay for their visit, the job, and also for a guarantee for their own work. Nonetheless, the representatives are nice.

Description of Work: That was strictly the labor charge for replacing a garbage disposal that I purchased before he arrived. It took him all of 30 minutes to replace as I made sure I purchased the exact same model that was already there. Call Father and Son Plumbing they are just as good and charge fair prices.

 + -1 moreI was very upset with them. I must take responsibility for not getting quotes but I feel that they totally took advantage of a single woman. I had no idea what a hot water heater costs. I later found out after they told me that it needed to be replaced that the highest I would have paid by Sears, Home Depot or whatever was $600.00 including delivery and installation. I called the company and asked to talk to the manager..I told him I thought I was ripped off and he said that I didn't have to leave my house therefore that's why I had to pay the highest amount. I would never recommend these people as I feel they are price gougers.
Description of Work: They came and replaced a hot water heater. Their name and telephone # was on my hot water heater so I contacted them. After waiting for 3 days for them to come I wanted my hot water heater fixed or replaced.

 + -1 moreArt's Plumbing came out to give us an estimate on fixing our air conditioner, gave us an outrageous estimate, charged us $335 to come out, & told us that we needed a new compressor for $2400. Another guy(a friend) came over & put a new fuse in, & it works great now!!!
Description of Work: We live in a condo- our air went out, & we called them for repairs. They came over, went on the roof, & told us that we would need a whole new compressor. At a charge of $2400. We just couldn't believe it & got another opinion, they changed a fuse & the air conditioner has worked ever since. Charge for the fuse, $2.
