Absolute professionals who know their product, are polite, courteous, and helpful. Joe was very patient with me, answering all my many, many questions about the products, waiting for me to make a decision, waiting for pool to be completed, etc. Once I finally made the decision(the right one) to use this company and trust Joe's advice, the product was delivered very quickly and installed the same day by the incredibly helpful and professional Gino, who answered all my questions about operation, best practices, etc. The installation was neat and professional, Gino cleaned up after himself, made expert recommendations about future products. The same night, when I thought something was not working, both Gino and Joe helped me troubleshoot an issue that was actually caused by an error on my pool builder's part and walked me through the very simple fix. They are also willing to come back and fix an issue not caused by them, but the instructions were so clear and easy, I was able to do it myself. 5 star sales, 5 star install, 5 star customer service after the sale. Highly recommend.

Couldn’t have been easier! Joe and the team came highly recommended from my neighbor, and within 6 hours I had a quote and decided to move forward. They were able to deliver and install the heater within a week. Great job!

Their estimated date to start was on time and the job was completed within 3 weeks. The workers were responsive to my constant questions. They cleaned up everyday before they left. When we had a problem the owner Joe came over and fixed it the same day.

Joe was great. Did what he said and followed through. They helped us install a new deck, resurface our pool, add waterline tile, and upgrade our equipment (filter, heater, pump). After the work was done our heater has a small issue and Joe was super responsive to get it fixed.

Discount Pool and Patio is true professional. I hired them to remodel our pool, patio and driveway. They did a great job. A year later, we just hired them again to install a pool heater and they did a great job again. If I need any home improvement, I will hire them again and would recommend anyone to use them

Everything went well. Joe and his team are professional, knowledgeable, and do great work. I would definitely hire them again for my own work as well as recommend them to anyone needing pool work. Giovanni followed up to get my pool back up and running and I ended up hiring him to keep it going. Overall great experience!

Discount Pool and Patio is a great company to work with. Starting with our salesman(Tom), Natasha, Alex (construction supervisor) and all of the folks that worked on our job, all were pleasant and easy to work with. The job itself was to remodel our pool and patio. They did a wonderful job. The pool looks beautiful and the patio looks even better. This was a large job but was handled well. All of our questions were answered and I have never seen people working a job like this smile as much as these guys.

It was a fabulous experience. We had it done for my daughter’s 7 birthday and boy was she surprised. She would swim and yell best birthday ever!!!!! The service and installation were stellar. I would recommend them to any one who needs a pool heater or any other type of service which they provide. They were professional on time, courteous and very efficient. Two thumbs up for their quality service and making my little girl’s day so special!!

Installation of our pool heater was quick and simple and at a great price!

I hired Discount Pools to resurface my pool & replace the tile. Once the work started, it went like clockwork. Teams arrived each day & took on the task at hand with awesome efficiency & skill. No one was standing around. Each day they cleaned up the pool area. In about 10 days the job was complete. My pool looks fabulous & I couldn't be happier! Joe, the owner, is a very nice guy!
