Right from the start, getting in touch with Marco was a struggle, and his responses were always vague and evasive. I hired him for pool maintenance, but he missed several appointments and did a poor job. The worst part was when my pool equipment broke. Marco promised fast repairs, but days turned into weeks with no progress. Every time I followed up, I got excuses, and in the end, I had to call someone else to fix it. When I finally confronted him, he brushed me off and acted like it was no big deal. It was clear he had no respect for my time or money. Do yourself a huge favor and avoid Marco from Pool Blue Sky. There are plenty of reliable professionals out there ? don?t make the same mistake I did!

My experience with him was nothing short of a nightmare. He talks a good game, but once he gets your money, everything changes. The services he promised were never delivered, and any attempt to follow up was met with silence or excuses. He insists on receiving payment up front, and once paid, he becomes nearly impossible to reach. No work gets done, and of course, no refunds are issued. It?s a classic bait-and-switch tactic, and unfortunately, I fell for it. Marco Souza is not trustworthy, and his business practices are extremely shady. He preys on trust and takes advantage of people who are simply trying to get honest work done. Don?t be one of his victims. Please ? do not give him a dime before any work is completed, no matter what he promises. You will likely end up with no service and no money, just like I did.

Marco will tell you whatever you want to hear to get the job, making empty promises he never intends to fulfill. Once you?ve paid him in full, don?t expect your project to be finished?your money is as good as gone. Rather than enhancing my pool, Marco left it in worse shape than before. What should have been a simple renovation turned into a stressful mess marked by constant delays, substandard work, and excuse after excuse. There is no accountability, no professionalism, and certainly no integrity. Think twice before hiring Pool Blue Sky. Protect yourself from unnecessary stress and financial loss?go with a contractor who is honest, reliable, and actually delivers on what they promise.

I strongly advise against hiring this company. They are completely unprofessional and will take your money while leaving your pool in a terrible state. As soon as you pay the full amount?which they will demand before the project is even finished?you will never hear from them again. I personally lost $5,700 just because I believed their promises. Once they have your money, they disappear. Do not make the same mistake I did!

I do not have much history with this company. I was looking for a new pool service and they were eager for my business and came out right away. Just started last week and cleaned my pool for the 2nd time yesterday. Mark is very polite and I hope to continue to have good service.
