Peter Brown of Hire Authority Garage Doors came to our home within 10 minutes of our phone call. He inspected the dented garage doors and told me they could be repaired right then. He got his tools and began to fix the dents. He made sure the panels lined up and the tongue and grooves nested. He added 4 new hinges, attaching them with strong bolts. Peter Brown raised and lowered the garage doors to make sure they continued to be lined up as they closed. It was an hour from beginning to end. I would have Hire Authority Garage Doors with Peter Brown come back any time I needed this kind of work.

On the day before the installation, the owner called to say that she couldnt get the permit because they submitted for it too late. Then at the installation, the workers didnt show up when they said they would. I called the owner and she didnt respond to the cell phone message. Finally the workers arrived (2 1/2 hours late) but they didnt have all the parts needed. He had to go back to the warehouse to get the remaining parts. It took longer than I was told.

Spoke to Allison, the owner of Colonial, who is one of the most customer oriented business owners youll find in South Florida. Service call was set, perfectly done, without any issue at all. 100% Perfect, and I would STRONGLY recommend them to all!

The repairman was punctual, professional, and courteous. Not only did he fix the problem that I was having closing my automatic garage door, but he noticed a few loose parts that needed tightening and tightened them --- this was in addition to the job that I called him out to do. As he was working, he explained each thing he was doing. I was also impressed by this company because the polite company rep I spoke to over the phone told me what the price would be, rather than giving me some vague statement that other companies usually give. Overall, the transaction went very smoothly. I, who am by nature cynical, was impressed.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY CAME OUT BEFORE THE INITIAL SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TO IDENTIFY THE PROBLEM. THE PROBLEM WAS NOT AS BIG AS WE THOUGHT IT WAS SO, THEY ONLY CHARGED US HALF THE PRICE. THEY WERE VERY HONEST.
