Hinman's Dryer Vent Cleaning

Michael and Greg went above and beyond with my tricky dryer vent setup. Original house owner's had the vent in the wall moved to fit new front loading LG units. Added several turns which was still causing the LG dryer flow sense to shoot out a warning light. Greg was working on it and called Michael who was nearby. They found the issue and everything is running perfectly now Important to add, I read a lot of reviews on other vent service companies, most of which are well known national franchise chains, and it's amazing how bad most of them are. Michael and his team are my go to company for this, I highly recommend

Antonio responded to my online contact on Monday, 11/9 and came out on Tuesday to clean the dryer vent; he was prompt, polite and professional and had the job done in about 45 minutes. Hinman's must be run by aliens from some other planet where courtesy, service, professionalism and just plain competence are provided to customers - from start to finish Michael and Chris were a pleasure to deal with. We had a new washer/dryer delivered early Saturday afternoon and we decided to do a load of wash right away. At the end of the dryer cycle the new "high tech" dryer indicated that our dryer duct was blocked pretty badly and recommended not using the dryer until the blockage was cleared. We immediately went on Angie's List and decided to contact Hinman's Dryer Vent Cleaning in Coconut Creek, Florida. I spoke with Michael Hinman at about 4pm and explained the problem, he agreed to have Chis come out on Sunday (Sunday!) morning to take care of the issue. Chis called me about 30 minutes later and we made arrangements for Sunday between 11:00 and 11:30, he said he would call about a half hour before arrival. True to his word, Chris called at about 10:50 Sunday morning and arrived about 20 minutes later. We talked about the problem, he got his equipment out and in about 40 minutes had the duct completely cleared out. Chris was very efficient and personable and a pleasure to deal with. Having lived in South Florida since 1973 it seems that scammers and uncaring business people have become more and more prevalent so finding a business like Hinman's and people like Michael and Chris is a real wonder. If you're having dryer duct/vent issues, contact Hinman's, you won't regret it. See you in a year guys..........

5 star service!! I was having to run my dryer multiple times to get my Clothes to complety dry. I called Hinmans Dryer cleaning and within an hour they came out to my house. The tech Chris was friendly and explained everything while he was doing it. End result, my dryer vent had been clogged letting little air pass through, within 30 minutes Chris had everything cleaned out and my dryer was working back to normal. Highly recommend this company and will be using them in the future.

Not sure where to begin with this company because I do not want to over promise and under deliver. However I am just going to tell you how it is. From the moment I called them to the moment they completed the job they were one of the friendliest, and most professional companies I have ever done business with. I have a new dryer that blows very hot air, but yet my clothes were not drying quickly. Sometimes I had to rerun the dryer a couple times to get my clothes dry. I called Hinman’s Dryer Vent Cleaning, and they came over right away. They found the problem, and fixed my issue immediately. I wasn’t sure what to expect for a bill because the poor guy had to crawl into my attic, and not only clean the vent, but move the vent around because it was Incorrectly positioned by the previous owners. The bill was so cheap compared to the work they did. I am a very satisfied customer, and will definitely tell my friends and family about them. Top Ratings for them.

The work that was done was outstanding. We have had multiple people try and fix our dryer problem and this is the first company that got it right! They even made a special trip on a Sunday (Super Bowl no less). I would recommend them to anyone.

Setting up an appointment was very easy - I actually called and left a message late in the evening and was surprised to get an immediate call back. The job was scheduled for a day after the initial call. The duct was cleaned quickly and effectively. The communication was very professional throughout the process. I would gladly recommend them to anybody requiring this type of service.

Very happy with the service I received. Chris cleaned out the vent, then went on the roof and removed an unnecessary screen that was clogged with dust & lint. He was professional and checked in with me a day or two later to make sure everything was working properly. Clothes are drying much faster now. Thank you!

I highly recommend Hinman's. Chris, the technician, kept me informed on everything he was doing. The dryer vent was badly stuck. Chris performed the cleaning and advised why that had happened. He even texted me later that night to make sure everything was okay. I am planning to call them every year for vent maintenance.
