A team of 3 where two of the 3 should have been concentrating on cleaning up. I paid $250 more than another estimate I received and would not care if they cleaned up after. Doors, windows roof of patio left for myself and my wife to clean up.

"We are very responsive. After your project was completed you requested us to us by text to go back and clean the decoration stones you have outside the patio area cause it was splashed with sand, we did go back and cleaned it up. Then on 07/26, you contacted us again through text message because ants dig the sand out of the bricks joint in some areas, as a courtesy we agreed to go back & fix it without extra charging (this was pending until the following week that we were scheduled to be in the area), at any of those 2 times you mentioned any of the cleaning issues you are pointing out on your review I even try to bring up the issue to our texts conversation without having any type of response about it from you. About the price, before starting your project you called us requesting us to increase the quote by $200 and I assured you that we did quote your project to the best of our standard & did not change our price, you mention the other quote the day of your project & once again I explained in detail the why of our estimate, every business have their own rates & we do not a say on it, we can only be 100% certain of what we base our rates on and the quality of the service we provide."

Very personable and performed the repairs and discussed the requirements so that all understood what was to be done and the quality, it was p3erformed in a professional manner and the costs were reasonable. The business is family owed and they appear to take great pride in their work.
