never received a call back and was never allowed to make an appt.
Description of Work: Called as new patient to set up appt. with either doctor (Worsley or Flick). Was told that paperwork would be mailed to me before an appt. can be made. Received paperwork and sent it back. Received a phone call a couple weeks later stating Dr. Worsley wanted to know if I'm going to continue to see previous doctors or not. She doesn't like to have you see other doctors then just her. After I contacted them back and told them no, I will only see her, I received another call about my meds I was taking. After I called back and explained why I was taking the meds I was on (Fibromyalgia from Rheumotologist and migraine medicine) I never received a call back. It seems impossible to get into this office as a new patient. They put you through a full on check...

Dr. Worsley is wonderful. Because she does take time with each patient, though, punctuality of appointments is not so good. I wish they would schedule appointments further apart.
Description of Work: Dr. Worsley is my primary physician that I see at least twice a year. She is easy to talk to and has terrific people skills in addition to being a highly qualified doctor.

My Family has always seen Dr. Wendy Worsley. She takes care of my Wife, our Son's and myself. Her professionalism is excellent. She is very detail oriented and gets to the bottom of things. When she is not available, we see her partner Dr. Julie Flick. Who is also hands on very smart Doctor. My wife had suffered in intense neck pain over 2 years. Getting MRI's done, message therapies and Chiropractic care. They spend 2 hours at the end of the day after office hours doing computer research with medical books and finally they were able to diagnose her problem. She was diagnosed with Thoracic Outlet Syndrome which is completely out of their realm of medicine. They pointed her in the right direction and today she is pain free with a few flair ups.
Description of Work: Chronic pain and the interaction was very thorough

She seems like a good doctor. This was only my first visit. Dr. Flick doesn't spend time with social talk. She gets right to work, addressing whatever the issue is that is the subject of my appointment. In that regard, she is thorough. If one is expecting the physician to spend time making you feel comfortable and relaxed, Dr. Flick doesn't do that. But then, it's not the reason I chose her as my physician. Now that I've dealt with her on more than one occasion, I've come to expect a no nonsense assessment of my symptoms. That works for me. My frame of reference was the physician I had when I lived temporarily in Lexington, Kentucky. That physician treated me as though she had known me forever, and was friendly AND professional. Regarding the "C" grade in communication, Dr. Flick referred me to a specialist who, in turn, referred me to another specialist. I had some tests done by the second specialist following a consultation with the first specialist to whom Dr. Flick referred me. That was several months ago. No one has gotten back to me with any results/diagnosis/prognosis. I'm assuming that no news is good news. Still, I feel that I should have heard something from someone without my having to go after them for the information.
Description of Work: She is my primary care physician. I last went for an initial visit, to get myself established with her.
