The delivery was fine. Ordering the vehicle was a chore. Sales personnel, in person and via internet were solely interested in clearing their lot. Unfortunately, their lot was not what was desired. Paradise wants to "sell" you a vehicle, not provide the vehicle one wants. Ordering the vehicle was tedious. Internet sales is a joke. Paradise personnel were not familiar with the options that were readily available on the official Ford website. Sales knowledge appeared to extend only to the edge of their lot and not to the extent of the Ford product line. Anyway, a customer needs to know what they want in a vehicle. Otherwise, their are subject be being convinced that they really wants what Paradise Ford has available, being "sold" a vehicle. The final paperwork neglected to include the date of the first "free" servicing on the vehicle. I suppose I'll pay the price by making this benevolently neutral evaluation of their "service." Oh, well. At least I finally got the vehicle I wanted. I harbor doubts as to what "service" I'll have after the sale. Wish me luck.
