Discount Mattress Barn

Bought a mattress and box springs from this company last year. Said mattress came with a 10 year warranty. After a year, this mattress, a FIRM, needed flipped. So I remove the mattress topper (2 inch foam) only to discover that the mattress is not a double sided mattress as I was lead to believe (I went on and on about a double sided mattress to the salesman Sean...in his defense he never confirmed or denied and more so MY FAULT for I should have inspected this mattress while in store and while being brought into my home)....only to find out that the left side of mattress is collapsing. OK, so I write to the company to tell them of their collapsing mattress. First we argue about, what I FEEL (uhmmm I am the customer right?) was deceptive about this non-double sided mattress, in which he informed me that NO major manufactures even produce a double sided mattress (great product knowledge for there are a bunch of major manufacturers that do INDEED make double sided)....he then comes back with "OUR store does not carry". And then for the most part called me a liar. OK......the double sided issue is not the main issue here, the fact that the mattress is collapsing is. Time for that 10 year guarantee. for $79.00 they will come out and see and for another $7900 IF they decide it is defective, they will bring me a new one. HMM guess I should have had an attorney go over their "contract". OK....moving on, for I am in chronic and critical pain (3 herniated disc in neck, right shoulder blown after 2 surgeries, and an impinged left shoulder) and NEED a place to sleep, I adhere to their "documenting" of this problem. I took a series of pictures that clearly show this piece of crap mattress (so wish I could post these pics, the one shows this firm mattress buckling as it is being loaded back onto the box springs, another pic shows mattress on floor leaning and buckling to the left, and when stood on edge, all padding/material slide to the floor), filled in a filed all necessary paperwork and here we are a month later and they won't even confirm the emailed, now sent twice . SOOO how much longer do I have to sleep on my very uncomfortable, but more comfortable couch? NOW lower back is in pain. AND still no calls, no emails, no thing. Going to call this one an expensive, for why would I replace garbage with garbage, and go to a reputable furniture store (NO mattress outlets whatsoever) and buy that there double sided mattress (know where I can get one for under $600). I would only advice anyone thinking of purchasing any thing from these people to BRING YOUR ATTORNEY TO READ THE CONTRACT, and expect NO customer satisfaction nor product knowledge, nor anything remotely resembling GOOD business.
