The two Kabran installers did an excellent job of removing my old central air and heat system and installing a new Carrier 3 ton Comfort Series system.  They showed up for the appointment despite blowing a tire on their truck on the way to my house.

They finished the job sooner than estimated and did an excellent job of cleaning up and hauling away all the old stuff, boxes, etc.  They even skipped lunch to make up for the time that the blown tire cost them.
The installation looks very professional and the cost of the system was 20% less than what I had expected.
I'm very pleased with the price of the system and the installation.

I have used Kabran for a dozen years; We are on our 7th year of the Carrier A/C they installed.
31 Jul  - called Kabran at 7:30PM – got an immediate call back … said it sounded like compressor
1 Aug – A/C visited – ordered parts
2 Aug – Tech came back with part – installed by noon
                called my wife in the afternoon – house is not cooling – call Kabran
                 another Tech comes out – at the house from 5:30 – 7:30 – decides it is compressor
3-4 Aug – Kabran does not do warranty repair on the weekend
5 Aug – A/C tech returns with compressor … but thermostat will not talk to outside unit –  ‘till 7PM
6 Aug – order circuit board – and comes in
7 Aug – scheduled to return with next part
Did I say this is the hottest week of the year ... In Florida !!!

when our fairly new train AC unit died, the company that installed would not come out on a weekend (a long one at that), even though it was under warranty  We called Kabran at 5PM on a Friday, they had a tech out the next day, put a band aide on the unit till a new one came in.  No extra weekend charge, very friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt.  Every time we call for a maintenance check, they are out within 24-48 hours, they even bring us our filters for the units.  will only use them in the future.

We called about 8:30 this morning because our AC kept failing. The technician arrived within a couple hours and repaired the AC without delay. He was prompt, polite, and professional. He answered any questions we had and we felt the charge was very fair. We would call Kabran any time for AC problems and would recommend them to anyone who needs AC work.

A plus these days!!!  Answered ALL questions even when I had to call them after with a problem I thought I was having, they came right out to help!  I would absolutely have them do work again and I tecommend them highly!

Our AC unit went out in August while my spouse was traveling out of state.  I telephoned the company late in the afternoon, and they were able to dispatch a technician before night fall.  He was able to charge the freon which cooled the house for the evening.  The next day, no AC.  The technician returned, recharged the AC and replaced a valve.  I was not charged an additional service call.  The unit did not cool properly, and a part had to be ordered.  The technicians arrived promptly to replace the part as soon as it arrived the following day.  We were able to keep our existing unit, with only minimal repairs.  We were thankful we did not have to replace the entire unit.

The job went VERY well; it was a big job and Kabran's crew (2 men) were professional throughout the entire day; they were focused, paid close attention to every detail and we couldn't have been more pleased. They spent a good hour at the house with me and my husband after installation making sure the air was working properly in every room of the house, cooling levels, proper drainage, etc.
I can't say enough how pleased and impressed we were with the work performed. We will recommend Kabran Air Conditioning and Heat to everyone we know.

I was impressed with speed, courtesy and clean up. We have not needed follow up so I cannot comment on that aspect. The new system is very effective ... noticably more effective than the old unit... even from before it began to fail.

I felt taken advatage of. They never  mentioned cleaning out the coils till I mentioned a second opinion.

"The technician's diagnosis of the dirty filter was correct because the filter being dirty causes the coils to ice up, however, the technician failed to identify a second issue with the evaporator coil metering device being restricted. On the second visit this problem was resolved and due to the age and overall condition of the air handling unit, the technician recommended replacement with a newer more efficient model. My employees do not work on any commission basis. there is no pressure on the technician to sell new equipment unless it is absolutely required or highly recommended. I have been in business since 1984 servicing my customers with complete integrity and professionalism. There was absolutely no intent to take advantage of this customer."
