It was just one gentleman and it took him about 30 minutes to an hour. My husband called him back because something wasn't right and the man knew exactly what it was he talking about so he came back the next day to fix it correctly. The price was exactly what my husband was expecting.

Outstanding in every respect. Each and every person I interacted with was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient, providing explanations at every step along the way (what was broken, how they would fix it, how the install would be done, how the new equipment worked, how to maintain it, etc). They left the work space clean with no traces of their efforts. Kalos provided availability during evening/weekend hours when I needed them. Definitely will remain a customer.

They did a first rate install at a reasonable price. The team who completed the install went out of their way to ensure our satisfaction. Mike was awesome and showed up 2 hours after our initial call on a Saturday during 100 degree temperatures which I consider excellent service considering my wife called Del Air and they told us they'd be out Tuesday...ugh no thanks. Thanks to Angie List and the great Reviews I asked my wife to call Kalos as I was at work. Great service. They accepted the $20 Angie List coupon no problem.

Called and spoke with a live person at 11:10 pm on a Saturday when I realized that my ac was not cooling my home.  I was told that my call out window would be 2 hours 11:30pm to 1:30am.  (If I had waited till the next day my window increased to 4 hours, thought better just to get it done sooner, less wait)  By 11:35pm I had a technician call me and tell me he was on the road and would be here in 30 min.  After arrival he tested to make sure the unit was getting power, and determined that the condenser fan motor had burned out and needed replaced.  He had the part on his truck, quoted me a price and began working.  Although I rated price was only a "B" I would feel that way for anything I have to "Pay for", and after googling cost to replace found that it was the average cost.  I did have to pay for the diagnostic fee in addition to the motor and install cost.  All was complete in 2 hours. He did a once over my complete system and was on his way.  System has been on cooling quite nicely.  Thank you

They were on time and very professional.  Explained what was needed and the options.  They cleaned everything and left area spotless.  Would strongly recommend them.

Scheduling got back to me for a same day appointment.  Guy worked quickly to find the problem and put outlet covers and the junction box plate back they way they were when he was done.

Excellent! Excellent! This company did a great job on multiple projects for me. The cost was very good based on all the projects they did. They are very professional, straight forward and great at problem solving issues. I would highly recommend you use this company if you need to have any electrical work or your Air Conditioner fixed.

Problem of AC not working due to thermostat not working was because of a fuse. The fuse was replaced and my AC was working again. He also checked out my system and found out everything was OK. In addition he wrapped some wires in my external unit with tape to minimize them rubbing against something that might cause a short.
