Originally took my call after I was locked out of my home on a Saturday evening with my 2 young children (age 2 years and 4 month old baby). I explained I was trying to get a family member to meet me with spare key. He said no problem he could come out if key couldn't be sourced. 45 mins later I called back, trying several times with no answer, and left messages to explain I needed help as my family member did not have key. NO response. Terrible terrible service.

They are excellent.  I would highly recommend them.  We have a very difficult lock, and he's the only guy who figured out how to fix it.  He would be the guy you call first.

I had to wait at my neighbor's for a bit while the locksmith traveled to my home. By the time I realized Jerry's Locksmith was there, he'd already unlocked my door and was writing up my invoice. FAST work!

Once the service-person got there, he was finished very quickly with satisfactory results. However, I had to wait a few days for him to fit me into his schedule. And he didn't arrive when we'd scheduled. That being said, it WAS just before the 4th of July weekend, and he DID come out and get the job done on the 4th, so he gets extra points for that.

Excellent. He was there is less than 30 minutes and got me in the house in 5 minutes. I have used him many times. Last time was to make a key for my motorcycle. He's always prompt and courteous.
