I dropped my bike off without an appointment and was told it would take a couple of days. After 5 days I called to find out what was going on and was told it would be another day or two. They finally called me a couple of days later and said it was ready for pick up. They walked me through a little of what they had done. I went to pay (I felt the price was quite reasonable), but their systems hadn't been turned on yet. I was surprised at the lack of customer service. I hate to say it, but it might have been due to the quality of my bike. The bikes they have for sale are quite expensive and I felt as if they thought I didn't belong there. Also, if you're afraid of dogs, be warned. They have a couple of dogs in the shop that are allowed to go wherever they like. I love dogs, so it wasn't a problem for me, but it might be for others.
Description of Work: My bike was damaged in a move, so I stopped in to have it repaired. They didn't seem very interested when I dropped it off, but were a bit more cordial and personable when I picked it up over a week later.
