Steve did a great job of not only fixing brush but cleaning the machine and putting in much needed new filters. He kept us informed and offered options to save us money. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone who needs a vacuum repaired or who may need to purchase vacuum supplies.

Repaired a broken extension hose. This is an extension hose kit I bought from Valone's about eight years ago for about $50. This is basically a 20 foot hose with three brush attachments. He suggested this instead of spending the money on an electric broom (which he could have sold me without a problem). It's worked great but the handle broke. I figured I'd need to buy a whole new kit but he fixed the handle for $10. Since it's been a couple of years since my vacuum cleaner had been serviced I had him do that as well for $52. There's a noticeable difference in the performance. I've used Valone's before and they are honest, quick and the price is right. I highly recommend them.

I have had this vacuum cleaner for about 14 years, and they have helped me from time to time keep it working. This time, I took my Sharp upright vacuum in because the flap was broken. After they fixed it, it worked better than before! They are always friendly, and easy to do business with. Thank you, Valone's!

I had called Dyson for support on the nearest Dyson Authorized Repair center, and was referred to Valone's. They were courteous and friendly on the phone. They told me to come on down with my vacuum, and that they would be glad to take a look. We took the vacuum in yesterday at 3:30PM, they diagnosed the problem immediately, and told us what it would the cost would be to fix. They asked me how fast I needed it, I told them "ASAP" and they called me by 11AM this morning saying it was ready. They cleaned it, fixed the problem and were right on the money with the price estimate. I will definitely use them again!! :-)

I had purchased a Bissell Versus 76T8 vacuum cleaning about six months ago (not from Valone's) and the head snapped off. I went in just to ask Steve's advice about a replacement and to purchase vacuum bags and replacement headlamp bulb. Steve had given my current vacuum cleaner a tune up in the past and remembered it. He suggested a lower cost alternative consisting of a very nice attachment kit for use with my current vacuum. When I got home it turned out that the hose on the vacuum and the hose on the kit were the exact same diameter so I had to go back (with kit and vacuum in hand). Steve gave me a converter so they could hook and then gave the vacuum a quick tune up, new belt and cleaning on the house to make up for having to come back. The attachment kit works great and it was lot less expensive than a new stick vac and takes up less room, too.

The service was great and very pleasant. Only a B with quality of work because my cord was cut and taped and I did not realize it until home. Would have liked the option to replace that too. Would definitely use again. Very friendly.

Steve was courteous as was his helper. As busy as he was, he didn't make me wait. He was prompt in getting back to me with his findings. He was not pushy. I knew my vacuum hadn't been serviced in years. The light really is nice feature since I had forgotten I had it!! He advised me that it should be serviced every 2-3 years. He was very professional. The first time I ran the vacuum, I couldn't believe the difference, and it smelled wonderful. I would highly recommend Valone's and will certainly take vacuum for service when it is due.

STEVE, THE OWNER, DISCUSSED WITH ME HOW I LIKE TO USE MY VACUUM. WHAT KIND OF FLOORS I HAVE AND WHAT THINGS I EXPECT IN A VACUUM. HE THEN EDUCATED ME ON THE VACUUMS AND BRANDS THAT HE WOULD RECOMMEND. MY HUSBAND CHIMED IN WITH OBJECTIONS BUT HE TREATED THEM AS REAL CONCERNS AND SEEMED TO CARE. IT FELT LIKE THAT OLD FEELING OF EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NOT SALEMENSHIP! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

THIS IS THE MOST INCREDIBLE CARPET CLEANING SYSTEM I EVER FOUND AT ANY PRICE. I NEEDED TO CLEAN OUR CARPETS ONE MONTH AFTER THEY WERE CLEANED BY A HEAVILY ADVERTISED CARPET CLEANING BUSINESS. I RENTED THE SEBO MACHINE (COMES WITH ONE BAG OF DRY CLEANER) AND PURCHASED ADDITIONAL DRY CLEANING CHEMICAL. IN TOTAL I SPENT ABOUT $80 TO CLEAN EIGHT ROOMS OF CARPET. FOUR MONTHS LATER OUR WHITE CARPETS ARE STILL CLEAN.
