The service man arrived right on time. The price was exactly as quoted and very reasonable. The work was expertly done. The service man even asked us if we knew that there was a discount offered from Angie's List. When we said no, he said he would apply the discount to our bill. How very kind of him. We have another plumbing service we have usually used but have become dissatisfied with their service. We will always be using Scotto Plumbing in the future.

Charged $49 to quote me $734 just to re-pipe water heater which wound up costing $195 with an honest company! Maybe because I'm a woman they thought they could take advantage of me? Definitely would not recommend this company to anyone!

Not well. You shouldn't have to pay $45 for an estimate, and I don't care if its taken off the price. Estimates should never cost money!

They sent 3 guys out here and they said there wasn't a problem, but there was. My toilet was going "boom". There was air getting in the lines. I called them again, and told them I am a premium member and I expect for you to send somebody who can figure this problem out because the last 3 guys failed to do it. They didn't charge me. So they sent John out, who is their most experienced plumber, and he figured out the problem. The price was good and they resolved the problem in the end, but it was a hassle.

Scotto had to snake the main drain from the roof vent to clear it. All went well.

I called at 7:30 am and was told that someone could be at my house between 12:00 & 2:00. Dale arrived before 1:00. Dale was clean and professional. He listened as I explained the problem and he explained that he was going to snake through the roof vents. He explained the items he may find and the possible other problems that may be encountered. He immediately went to work and about an hour and a half later our drains were running great. He said that there is no warranty on another clog due to the nature of material that were down drain. The problem was caused by something that was flushed. The work was performed in a professional manner and the price is what I expected to pay. I will use Scotto again if the need arises for a plumber.

The company told me that the toilet in the offer was no longer available. I asked for another model, and they offered me a lower quality toilet that was less expensive then what I paid for in the offer. They said they were going to come for an appointment and then they said they had to get the toilet. They no showed, and I called the company and they said they tried to call but couldn't get a hold of us. I asked for a refund from Angie's List. The company didn't seem to want to honor the deal they posted.

Scotto's was first rate from the young woman who answered the phone, to the fabulous technician they sent to the house. Konstantin was experienced and knowledgeable. He worked neatly and quickly--and arrived precisely at 8 am!! My window for arrival was between 8-9 am, so I was ready for a wait, but was pleasantly surprised! While he was here, he answered all my questions, gave me suggestions for when we leave the house to travel, and even inspected our main house water valve and made suggestions to replace that, as it was leaking.

It went fine! We very pleased with the work, and there were no problems.
