Milan K arrived on time, he was polite and friendly and very professional. He completed the job in a timely manner and provided information about the lighting problem. We are hoping to use this company as our "to go" electrical company.

The job required mounting an electrical fan in a bedroom and wiring the fan. The cost to mount the fan was $125 which I found to be reasonable. The cost to wire the fan was first $825, and after a protest $650. The work required treading a wire 5 feet from ceiling to a hot switch. Tap into switch and then run maybe 15 feet of cable externally on the ceiling to the fan. Place a wire cover over the wire running from wall to fan. An experience electrician, could do the electrical work in an hour or less. So even if the electrical work was $200 + fan installation of $125, I would find $325 reasonable. They charge $49 travel charge just to give you a totally unreasonable price estimate. I would not use this company and I would not pay them a travel charge. My outdoor fan install went great. Michael was professional and courteous. He had to change out a couple things and install the wall for the switch and oscillating dial. Overall, using Red Royal Electric was easy and simple. I would hire Red Royal Electric again.

the job went very well. they sent an estimator to the job and i was on the phone with him. very professional and friendly and on time to his appointment. i paid the estimation fee and set a time for the job to get done. again the job was on time and paid by cc. two weeks later i was able to visit and inspect the project. a small over site but the installer came in time and corrected it. Very pleased with both office personnel and installer. I highly recommend this company.

After 20 minutes total, David showed me how to use the dvds and back again to the tvs. He called it "diagnostic." I call it robbery. I was charged $49 trip charge and $99 for 20 minutes to show me how to use the dvds. No adjustment in cost was offered to be reasonable and fair, and the charge was a total of $148 for a 20 minute teaching lesson.

Very professional and their work is quality

David was the electrician who did the work. The ceiling is concrete so there was some tough drilling involved. He didn't leave until the fixture was perfectly placed and balanced. Every shade was perfectly positioned as well. He was efficient and vacuumed up the concrete dust before he left. Well done and I will hire again for any elecrtirc work.

Michael was very professional , prompt, and explained the process thoroughly. I asked for an estimate for an unrelated project and that was sent the same day. Electricians seem to be the only service industry we have encountered where there is a "trip charge" for coming out AND doing the work at the same time. This is nothing against Michael; three other electricians I called also would have charged a "trip charge". We will be happy to use Red Royal again.

Electrical repair, wiring, panel upgrade.

I contracted with Red Royal to come out to my home and quote me on a couple different projects.  He was extremely professional on the phone and we set an appointment.  At the designated time he arrived promptly, introduced himself, and gave me some background information on the company.  He surveyed the home and gave me a comprehensive quote right on his IPAD- then emailed it to me.  Once we agreed to the project, he started immediatley- and worked non stop till the project was finished.  He was quite detailed, respectful of my property- and even cleaned up after himself.
