Lewis returned for an hour to finalize contract and initiate work. Work started in about 2-3 weeks with a slight delay. It was finished in four weeks (thanksgiving intervened) The crew was professional and their attention to detail was unheard of in Florida. These are custom jobs and their skill was superior. If you want a quality job by experienced crew, then this is the place to go. The only difficulty was peripheral activities. Their recommendation for a tile store (floor and decor) wasn't good. The "designer" was very poor, suggesting an orange glass backsplash that was gaudy. She just rushed us through as she was working late. Found a good backsplash at tile store on 22nd and they shorted us on all the material causing a real problem. Admin at the office was a little difficult but glitches happen and all issues resolved with satisfaction. I would urge anyone wanting a showcase outdoor kitchen to consider POK & G

Weather caused a few delays but overall the quality of the work and the communication was excellent.







I am looking forward to having them do additional work for us in the near future.

After talking to two other contractors, a question came up as to the depth of the vent hood.  Specifically, we thought the hood being supplied was 27 inches deep.  Most of the hood manufacturers suggest that the hood extend over the front edge of the grill by a few inches.  We wanted to know whether the hood was in fact 27 inches deep and whether there would be a spacer used behind the hood to extend it forward.  Also, our estimate allowed for 25 feet of gas line and we measured the true length to be in excess of 50 feet, so we wanted to know the additional cost of that.  I first placed a call to their office on a Tuesday with these two specific questions.  I was told that Dan would get back to me.  We did not receive a return call by Friday, so I called again.  Again I was told he'd get back to me.  He never called and, to this day we have not received any further contact from this company.

It went very well. The guys were always on time and get me informed throughout the installation.  It took about a week to complete.  First they had to tear out the old grill and cupboards.  Then they installed a new frame, put in a hooded venting system, and install the gas grill.  Installed brick around the front of the grill to give it that outdoor rustic look, and installed a granite counter top, along with tile for a back splash.  They also had to run a natural gas line to hook up to my grill.  After the completion I was given complete instructions on operating the grill. I'm very satisfied with Premier Outdoor Kitchens attention to details and work.

Excellent. They gave me exactly what I wanted and were very professional when doing the installation. I would use them again, but may try tro negotiate a lower price.

Positives were: cos-workers professionalism; work done in a timely manner.

Negatives were: not much guidance on coordinating style and color of stone,granite top and backsplash tile;cheap faucet used in sink.

End result was very nice..  There were a few times when they said they would show up and they never came and we did have an issue with the granite not being done correctly but they came out and fixed  everything.

I called this company after finding them on Angie's list. They came out and performed measurements and we talked about some options. I was told that I would receive an estimate in an email in a week or two. There was never an email and no further contact from this company until October 2 asking if I was still interested. Terrible follow through and when I mentioned to them what happened I was offered no apology.

The owner, Lewis Thibeault, came out to give me an estimate of what it cost to remodel my outside kitchen.  He was very helpful and explained step by step what they could do.  Didn't rush me and was really interested in what my needs were.  I had gotten estimates from two other companies, but I found Premier Outdoor Kitchen to be reasonable in price and could do more for me.  Also felt confident with them that the job would get done in a reasonable time and good quality.  They did not disappoint me.  They were here when they said they would be and always kept me informed every step of the way.  The workmen were very professional and the quality work outstanding.  I'm very pleased with my new outdoor kitchen and I have Premier Outdoor Kitchens to thank for it.  I only wish I had done this sooner.

Out of the three estimates that I obtained Lewis (owner of Premier Outdoor Kitchens)was by far the most professional and the only one to include the venting panels required in the cabinet (because of the propane gas tank).  The granite selection was made from 3 samples in their office in Largo.  Holly,the office manager, was very friendly and helpful through the entire job. The stacked stone was made by looking at samples on the internet and then going to the actual stone fabricator(located near  the Port of Tampa).  I highly recommend seeing the actual stone because the pictures were not an exact representation of the actual color and look.The tear-out was done on time  and in a professional manner by the same crew (lead by Tommy) that did the install.  Tommy and his helper always showed up on time and were most professional and courteous.  They were hard workers and went above and beyond several times to make sure things were perfect. I was given an allowance for the backsplash so the type and selection was up to me.  Once again the matching of color and style is up to you with no creative input from Premier.  Tommy gave me an excellent suggestion for a store to find the tile for the backsplash. The entire install job was done timely and professionally.  There were a few knock-out list items at the end that were cheerfully handled.  The finished job was a beautiful outdoor kitchen.

The kitchen turned out great, and they did a fantastic job. They were very responsive and used good quality material.

I didn’t have to spend anything for them to come out. Their portfolio that I had seen looked like they had done a really nice job.

After a significant amount of research for contractors in the Tampa and St. Petersburg, FL area, we hired Lewis Thibeault and Dan Ebert with Premier Outdoor Kitchens & Grills to build an outdoor kitchen.   They were competitively priced, but more importantly, they had a very professional and efficient approach to our project, providing great guidance and advice for the design and appliances…we ultimately, selected a Lynx gas grill with rotisserie as well as Lynx fridge, Lynx drawers as well as a Komodo Kamado ceramic cooker.  Premier Outdoor Kitchens & Grills not only has top notch employees, but their subcontractors were all very thorough and professional (a small note, but telling of their approach, they were each very careful to clean their work space each night before leaving for the day)    In addition to their attention to detail and consultative approach, Premier Outdoor Kitchens & Grills team’s sense of urgency around their project plan and dedication to finishing the outdoor kitchen project on time without any sacrifice to quality impressed us…they kept us up to date with an online calendar and quick responses to calls and emails.  My only issue with the entire effort was that they installed a contractor facet from home depot...I would have gladly paid an extra $100 for a nicer one and will probably replace this in the coming months.   In either case,  I would highly recommend Premier Outdoor Kitchens & Grills to anyone in the Tampa Bay/St. Petersburg/Clearwater area who is looking to build an outdoor kitchen and/or installing a Lynx grill system.
