"Good Morning Sarah, My office brought me up to speed with the issues that happened at your home. Unfortunately with service work that is billed at time and materials it is sometimes difficult to estimate the exact time needed to perform the service. Your particular home has a very tight attic and my men tried to gain access to run wiring for your home. We did perform a site visit prior to look at the job that we billed only $560.00 for. My site visit was a free service we offer to anyone. I personally called you yesterday to discuss this with you and we could not leave a message. I would like to have a conversation with you anytime you feel free. We do not want any client unhappy with our service and that is why I tried reaching out to you.
