I called around and received quotes. Jeff with Pinellas auto body was so professional and helpful. They were the lowest price after 5 different places i called and they had the work done fast. Very pleased with service.

Matt coordinated the repairs and provided the estimate on the paint job for the remainder of the car. He also gave me an estimated time frame for the completion of the work, but was able to get the job done days before the estimated date of completion. Matt made it a point to call me periodically and give me an update on the progress of the work. When I went to pick up my car once it was finished, I found that the quality of the finished work was excellent. If I need body work done on any of my cars in the future, I will be returning to Pinellas Auto Body.

Both my hood and grille look great. Repairs were completed in the estimated time frame. I would definitely return.

Looks great and they even cleaned up and clear coated the other headlight so they will match better and longer. Quick and easy to deal with.

Matt covered the repair process from beginning to end, from initial estimate to final quality check. The technician, Andrew, performed his work quickly and professionally. I was welcome to view the repair process at any time. Everyone involved kept me well informed and was focused on customer satisfaction. Highly recommended.

He took my care right away and took about 30 minutes to remove the marks and touch them up with paint. He also gave me a jar with some of the paint in it. He did not charge me anything for this. Also, I got a estimate for replacing my bumper. He gave me the estimate, but suggested that I wait on having it done until I trade it back, because it's bound to get dinged up more. I really appreciated his honesty. I would definitley recommend this company to others.

I had a large dent on the front left fender of my car after hitting a yellow pole while backing out of a parking space. After having gone to Autoway and the dealer, and recieving estimates well over $1,000.000, we found Pinellas Auto Body and Service Inc. on Angie's and decided to give it a shot--at least for an estimate. The person we delt with was very un-salesman-like in relating what would have to be done to fix the car, in that he was clear, concise and very practical. He said it would be a lot less expensive to use a generic replacement panel rather one from the car's manufacturer, and that you really couldn't tell the difference. I thought that was admirable seeing as though they would have profitted from not telling us the difference at all. So, we got an estimate--over $300.00 LESS than the other two places we first visited--and came back the very next week to have it fixed. That morning, while at the gym, somebody hit and scratched the right rear of my car, having left without giving any information. When we brought it in and told the guys, they said they'd buff it out for no extra charge. They said it would be ready by the following day, or the day after at the latest. And sure enough, the next day, it was ready to go. When we arrived, the car was sitting there in all of it;s shiny, newly fixed and washed glory. These guys follow the unspoken rule of good, long-lasting businesses: never promise more than you can deliver and always deliver more than you promise. Suffice it to say, they'll be getting Christmas cookies this year.

I feel that everything went extremely well. An auto club was called after my accident and Pinellas Auto Body's tow truck is the one that responded. Because my accident happened at 4:00 pm, the day before a holiday, we didn't really have a choice of where to tow our damaged SUV that was leaking gasoline. A couple of days later, I spoke to Matt & wanted to make sure that our insurance company would allow us to keep the vehicle there and Matt was fine with that. He could tell that I was extremely stressed out, not only because of the accident, but I was 36 wks pregnant at the time and was in pain from the accident. He reassured me that everything would get taken care of properly. Matt kept in contact with me throughout the whole process; from when the adjuster was there, until our vehicle was ready. Matt called me the day that the adjuster was there to tell me about the visit & he told me that he had already ordered all the parts. I really liked that he was being proactive, so we weren't waiting forever for the parts. Also, because the accident wasn't my fault, I wasn't sure how all of the insurance stuff worked & how it should be handled, & he explained how things normally worked. We filed with our insurance company because of my pregnancy, injuries & couldn't drag out issues like getting a rental vehicle & getting our SUV fixed w/an at-fault insurance company. Again, everyone at the facility was very nice and helpful. After our vehicle was fixed, they even helped put the car seats back in my SUV because the day it was ready, my husband was out of town on business & I just couldn't put 2 seats back in after just having a baby 3 wks prior. We have & will continue to recommend them on any Auto body needs.
