Description of Work: We ordered an outdoor sectional couch, accessories and umbrella/stand. We were promised a delivery date that was not met. However, the furniture did arrive a day prior to a planned party, the date we really needed it by. I thought overall, Mark (salesman) and the female sales representatives did what they could to get the furniture to us by D-day. The delivery team did a great job too. The only person I really had a challenge with was Mark the owner. He was rude.

My husband and I placed our order on a Saturday afternoon. Before placing the order, we asked the sales rep how long would it take for the merchandise to arrive because we had a very small window to received the items due to traveling to/from up North. We were told by the sales rep that our order would be delivered on 5/9 because Thursdays were when deliveries were made to our area and someone would call us a day prior to delivery for a time block. She said that they would hold our order if we were not there as long as we were not away for 6 months. We agreed and placed the order. Day prior to our "supposed" delivery, we did not hear from the company so I placed a call to see what was our time block the next day. I was told that my order was not being delivered on the next day. I went on to tell the person that I placed this order because we were told our delivery date was during our window of being in the area. She told me she would find out what was going on and get back to me. Within 5 minutes I received a call from a Mark Beatty (owner of Patio Factory Supercenter) who told me that my merchandise was completed, however, I was not on the schedule for 5/9 and that their truck was already packed and ready for the next day. He continued to tell me I was NEVER told that the delivery date would be 5/9 and that there is a huge problem if they could not deliver the furniture because they would not hold it for us. When I told him that the sales rep did tell both my husband and I the delivery date, he started to yell at me on the phone stating that I was NEVER told that, that I was lying and that the person would be fired if they did such a thing. He was not even in the store where my husband and I purchased the furniture. They never give delivery dates on the date of purchase. When I tried telling him he would have to hold the furniture because we did not have any return flights scheduled yet, he became extremely loud yelling where both my husband and mother who were both sitting at a table with me could hear him from the phone. I have purchased many things from many different stores in the area and never have I ever been treated with such disrespectful and unprofessionally as I was during this call. He would not even let me get a word in - he continued to yell on the phone to where I was forced to hang up on him because of his rude and disrespectful behavior. I would consider twice before ever purchasing merchandise from this store. I would prefer paying triple and being treated with respect then going back to the Patio Factory Supercenter again where the feel they can treat their customers in such a rude manner. Our friends were planning to go purchase balcony and patio furniture at the store, however, after hearing about my experience they have changed their minds. I have since learned after talking with many others, he has done this to numerous customers. Wish I would of read Angie's list before I shopped here.

The quality of their work was outstanding and worth every penny. The girls who work there are very nice. The owner (or said he was the owner) was rude to me on the phone and called me a liar because I told him someone there at the store told me a date that the furniture would be ready. I wouldn't go back because they were so rude. But the quality is the best.
