Family owned and operated, not a franchise. We service the Tampa Bay area. Tampa, FL, Clearwater, FL and St. Petersburg, FL and surrounding suburbs. Every project is managed by the owner directly. No middleman. My name is Matthew Wirth, Owner and proud local businessman servicing the Tampa Bay area. I have been apart of this community for 20 years. Helping people in their hours of need or making their dreams come true is what I am all about. I pride myself on being very hands on when it comes to your needs. I am personally involved with every project I take on.

Palm, LLC, is a well run company. Matthew is very good about letting his employees know the details of what makes US happy as customers. We are staffed with two cleaners once a week, and they have been here twice so far. The first visit was a bit long, but afer discussing different criteria with Matthew, the time was cut in half for the second visit, and it was easy to see that the cleaners were concerned about doing a very good job and doing it in a timely fashion.
