You told me that you purchased the wrong material and you did not realize it would look like that. I asked you if you wanted me to fix it if you purchased different materials, but you said you could not afford it and you would do it yourself. How does that reference to "sub par work"!? "1)I discussed in depth every aspect about this job.The customer and his wife both determined where they wanted the soap boxes. The customer came home from work and with his own tools and some of mine. Took it upon himself to make changes without me knowing and without my consent. You cant hire someone then start doing the work yourself. He made so many mistakes that I had to redo everything. He was so enraged that he hacked up the walls.2) I did not see the window. It was covered by a surround and he told me it was standard size. It was not and that required additional time. Also The grout he purchased was a lot harder to apply than normal"
