Contractors were to remove old ceiling and insulation. Install new insulation, wire for lights, and fans. Replace soft paneling. Ceilings were to be paint ready. Lights weren’t attached to ceiling or to switches, large gaps between walls and ceiling, live outlet laying in closet floor. Saggy drywall, lights not working (electrical company looked at today and stated illegal and dangerous)

They did a great job. So far no leaks. Took care of the leak within a couple of hours. Very pleased with the work. It rained later on that day, no leak. They called the next day to check on it. Would recommend them for work that needs to be done.

It went awesome. We were ahead of schedule and they were very accommodating to changes and add ons. They even took care of all permits and what was needed to be approved properly with city requirements. I will be using them for all my needs , big or small.
