The bathroom remodels are not going well, from the start during demolition there was a lack of effort to put up cover to keep the dust from going throughout the house or to clean up after themselves. As the demolition wrapped up and we got into prepping the area things went fairly smoothly until we got to the part where we were getting the tile laid. Midways services seems to overcommit on contracts and in order to help fill the need they subcontract out a lot of their work. Their tile subcontractor was horrible and very inexperienced, I do not pin this on him but on Midway for not providing the appropriate guidance to him on the project. He spent over 8 days laying tile averaging 16 sq feet a day. It was unacceptable since we have about 480 sq feet of tile to be laid so we contacted Midway to express our disappointment and met with several leaders from the company. One in particular kept making excuses for the lack of quality of the tile and the speed, rather than just owning up to throwing someone who should never been on the contract in the first place as their primary person. Our visit consisted of a lot of promises which we are still waiting to see if they come to fruition. At this point we are still waiting for the work to be completed but are considering other options since we are extremely disappointed in the work and timeliness of Midway. I will update this review based on the outcome of the remodel.

Excellent work by Maintenance Technician Sedrick. First of all I was called and informed when the Technician would arrive. He put on booties to protect my home which is important. He cleaned the drain lines and replaced all filters. Checked batteries in thermostat, checked all electrical connections. Did a very through job on my systems. Very happy with the knowledge and professional care by Service Experts and the Technician. Will definitely recommend to my other friends.

Prepaid service contract, did not catch any problems.  All they did was show up and replace filters.  Many repeat trips to fix problems that were never fixed. On last date failed to show up at all, since the call was prepaid. Very nonresponsive when they have your money.  AVOID a service contract at all costs. Constantly overbooked. Corporate office  is actually not located in Gainesville, and very unprofessional and do not provide good customer service when prepaid.   Actually never were able to fix any significant issues.  Services reps are very poorly trained.

They arrived early that morning and the technician was excellent! He figured out the problem quickly and remediated the issue efficiently. He was even able to repair the plug that caused the damage.

They had totally replaced a toilet about 21 months ago. The internal power flush unit recently developed a problem and I called and they were there about 1 or two days later, diagnosed the problem, obtained the part the next day and installed it.
I was very impressed as to how well they honored the warranty- there was no charge for either of these two service calls, the part, or the labor.

Requested a free estimate, scheduled multiple times for the same week. There was an excuse every time for each cancellation and rescheduled. Finally he arrived spent a few minutes assessing the situation ( issue w exterior fan to interior switch), estimate $308.

We have used them for two bathroom renovations. There were some delays while working with them. The service was ok but I had hoped for better quality and even had to have some things redone due to the quality.

Less unsatisfactory. Sending different technicians every time, and inconsistency and bad relationship with the staff personal. Overall experience, I will give them a D.
