They came the same day with hours. He had to reconnected the wires. The outside unit wasn't work and he got it to start working again. He wasn't pushy for contract for the year. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly(even to my dog). He was the owner. Will recommend to everybody.

After calling numerous companies, McCaskill was the only company willing to come to our home at 10pm on a Friday night. Cliff came out and got our AC working enough to get us through the night. He was back at our home at 8:30am the next morning to follow up and check on our unit. He fixed the things he was unable to fix in the dark the night before and got us back up and running. A couple hours later, we discovered another problem (from the people who installed the units; nothing that McCaskill did/didn't do). McCaskill came right back out and fixed the issue at no charge. They were very up front about their costs associated with parts and labor. Cliff was incredibly knowledgable and when he was unsure about something, he reached out to his contacts and resources before acting on a hunch. We will definitely be using and referring this company out in the future.

McCaskill responded in a timely manner, identified the problem promptly, and replaced the part on the initial service call date.  Charge was 69.00 per hour, part was $75 but we required 9 pounds of refrigerant at $45 per pound.  Overall, felt confident in their handling of the problem.  I would recommend this company.

Was on time, checked everything showed me a couple of things I could do to maintain the unit. no pressure or upsell

Excellent outstanding I would highly recommend them.  We have used their services in our old home and now we are using them in our new home.  They were very prompted and professional I would give them A's all the way across and I would use them again in the future.

I have no complaints about this business. The owner Cliff, knows what he is doing so I am willing to pay the price for him. He is knowledgable and I always ask for Cliff. I have had my air conditioner for at least 15 years and I feel like Cliff has kept it alive this whole time. He comes from Clearwater and I live in St. Petersburg, and I am actually going to call him this week for work!
