Wow!!! Mark and his team started a week earlier than expected and did a great job. My wife and I did make some changes during the process and Mark and his team adapted well. The gardens are beautiful, just what we were looking for. His price both the estimate and with the changes were equal to or less than some other bids we received. Mark is extremely knowledgable about plants, hedges, and trees. You won't go wrong hiring Mark and his team. Worth every penny.

Mark Higgins did a super job landscaping the front of our house and front yard bed. The front of our house now has "curb appeal" thanks to his recommendations. He and his crew did a great job clearing out the old plants and installing the new ones. Would definitely hire again.

Our front yard was in need of updating, many dead plants and shrubs, gravel and open space. Mark came out to take a look and gave us ideas on what can be done to spruce it up and make our landscape come to life. It was a big job with removing rocks, timbers and there were many tree roots that made it difficult to plant new things. We liked the proposal and once I got approval from our HOA (about a week) I called Mark back to get on the schedule. They were out here the very next Monday hard at work. They always made sure to keep us updated on the progress and did a fantastic job with everything. We even brainstormed a couple of items as we went along with no problems. His crew were always friendly and hard working. The end result is a great looking front yard and entryway, we could not be happier.

Mark and his sidekick Michael were simply super. Mark listened carefully and put together a lovely design for our front yard and our back yard meditation space. Their hard work resulted in a landscape of native Floridian flora that becomes more beautiful every day. I had interviewed several landscape designers and most had a set package they wanted to sell me although I had clearly specified what I did and did not want. Mark listened carefully and came up with a plan that addressed our requests. We love the result!s

Received a call back the day after leaving a message. Was informed that he would try to stop by my house in 3 or 4 hours after current job was finished. No show and 3 weeks later still no correspondence. This type of service is not what is expected of an Angie's Super Service Award Winner.

It went excellent, they were very helpful over the phone and locating 2 trees on the backyard, also providing varieties of options. They did a great job planting the trees. They also advised me on a drainage system for several large pots with plants in the yard. They provided me some materials to do the drainage system from the pot.

Mark was very responsive and communicative, did everything he said he was going to do and showed up exactly when he said he would!! Very professional...I had requested redoing the backyard to remove mulch and plants that previous owners had planted too close to the house. He leveled out the area, prepped, adjusted our irrigation, put down a bunch of rock and leafy green plants (I wanted more tropical look). Overall, we are very happy with how everything looks and glad that our pets aren’t dragging in dirt all the time now! He was great to work with and we would hire him again for future landscaping needs.

Mark and his team were amazing and very professional throughout the entire process. For the estimate, the team arrived on time to the minute, they shared great ideas and concepts for us to consider (we needed ideas), the quote was generated the same day, and once scheduled they came out on exactly the day they said they would. Also, during the job they shared some further ideas and small touches to make everything look even better and that went a long way in making our landscape even better than we had hoped! Overall we were really impressed with how professional Mark and his team were and they really do take pride in what they do. I would use them again no question.

Mark was great! I had no idea what I wanted to do as I have never had a landscape project before, but I needed it done quickly for my son’s birthday party. He made a few suggestions, and I let him go from there. His employees were very professional and always gave me updates. The project was completed ahead of time even though we had some rain delays. I recommended Landscape By Design to everyone at the party!
