They were very good; they were excellent. The price was fair and reasonable. I was impressed. They were honest and have quick service or quick turn-around. I would use them again.

TV just went black one day. Could turn on and I could hear just couldnt see. I was told that it could be one thing and was called two days later and was honestly told it was something that costed way less then expected I was very pleased.

PICKED UP TV DAY I CALLED FOR SERVICE. SAID IT WOULD BE WEEK OR SO BEFORE HE WOULD GET IT DONE.
2 WEEKS LATER THEY HAD NOT STARTED THE JOB. 3RD WEEK SAID HAD PART AND WOULD BE DONE BY
WEEKEND. CALLED AND SAID TURN ON MADE A NOISE AND WAS GOING TO GET TO BOTTOM OF IT. WEEK OR
SO LATER DELIVERED IT. WHEN TURNED ON TV MAKES A LOUD POPPING NOISE BUT IT COMES ON AND I AM
NOT GOING TO CALL FOR WARRANTY UNLESS IT JUST STOPS. I AM SURE THEY DID BEST THEY COULD AND IT
IS WORKING SO I AM NOT GOING TO COMPLAIN. I REALLY DON'T WANT THIS TO GO AS COMPLAINT. THE TV IS
WORKING AND THAT IS ALL THAT MATTERS. LARRY WHO I DEALT WITH WAS VERY HELPFUL, PLEASANT AND
PROFESSIONAL. MY FEELING IS THAT THEY WERE VERY BUSY AND I HAD TO WAIT MY TURN. HOWEVER THEY
DID BRING ME A LONER TV WHEN THEY PICKED MINE UP WHICH WAS VERY KIND AS I COULD STILL WATCH
THE BALLGAMES, ETC. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN BUT BE SURE OF DATE OF RETURN OF UNIT BEFORE I WOULD
LET IT GO.

He charged me less than he quoted me. He repaired my TV very nicely for me and he came out right away. He did very nice work, he was very polite, and very professional. I would buy TV's from him because he has used TV's for sale and he is very trustworthy. The other guy I called said it would be a waste of time and that I couldn't get parts for my TV and Joe was able to fix it.

We have an older TV that is very large and heavy and we were so impressed with his service. He had a great price and was very courteous. He was well educated and was a delight to work with. We would give him an A+ if it was possible.

Our TV picture disappeared on a Thursday morning. The sound was there, but no picture. They came and took my TV back to the shop on a Saturday and told me they would let me know the following Wednesday how much it would be and would return the "repaired" TV also on Wednesday. When he didn't call me on Wednesday, I called him. "I haven't had a chance to look at it." was his response. I'm glad he's busy but businesses shouldn't make promises they can't keep. When I called around noon on Thursday, he had diagnosed the problem and told me what was wrong and said they haven't returned his phone call regarding the cost of the part. "But it's going to be very expensive." When I called back later in the day, he repeated the same comments. After being without a TV for a week, and no further phone calls by 6:00 pm, I went and bought another set Thursday evening.

We took the little TV into Joe's shop. Joe explained that we needed a new tuner; the loose one could not be resoldered. He replaced the old with the new. TV works fine now.
