cheerfully gave me a great quote for my brake work that was performed
within the hour by her competent staff, and was given a 20% coupon
discount! Clean reception area with beverages and a great location for
local shopping during repairs.
I will be going back for future a/c service, and wouldn't go anywhere else!

Very well, they did the work for their previous estimate of $45 for labor. I was very pleased to find any auto repair shop that would install parts that I supplied, and only charge me for the labor.

They did general maintenance, oil change, battery check, tire rotation, check air conditioning and did a radiator flush on my vehicle.

They put in new compressor over a year ago. Air began blowing on/off recently. Took car in for diagnosis. Said leaking evaporator and radiator. Quote was $1K to fix. I took to another mechanic for 2nd opinion. Said no leak in evaporator, would diagnose on Monday. Back to ICA, said yes leaky evaporator and problem was thermostat (thermistor on evaporator). Quoted $600 for just that, not radiator (which we knew had a leak). Found another A rated mechanic on Angie's list. Took to him. Found problem was dirty air cabin filter, no leak in evaporator. He cleaned, put in brand new radiator as well. Total cost around $450.00. What was upsetting was wrong diagnosis by ICA and insistance on problem as jacked up pricing. Woman owner was nice but relied on inept mechanic in this case. Will not return there. Sticking with Duane's Dealer Alternative, which is A rated mechanic.
