Took 3 years of hard work to get them to honor the warranty. They spent years lowballing me. Do not buy the warranty since it will probably never be honored. Lots of reviews of this company on the internet. Believe them.

Not well, Not responsive. Terrible service after sale. Would never use again and suggest that prospective customers look elsewhere for their furniture needs.
Description of Work: Bought sofa with understanding of specified delivery date. Sofa delayed by a month and then when delivered had slight damage. Called repeatedly with no response, first to get ETA on delivery, and then later to get resolution on the damage.

Hudson Furniture management will not return my calls. One of the salesman was instructed to call me and tell me that because of a special order being cancelled I would be charged a 25% restocking fee. Note: there was no special order. Please save your sanity and frustration by steering clear of this furniture dealer.
Description of Work: Ordered love seat, couch and recliner and batteries so I wouldn't have to run cords to the power recline motors. Recliner was not available for 6 weeks but that was ok. That weekend they ran a sale for an additional 10% off. I called and ask for that discount. After an adjustment for a previous discount, was offered $74. I accepted this. Just before the 1st delivery date received a call that the couch was damaged at the warehouse and would not be delivered as promised. They offered $150 as compensation for this and offered a "loaner"after I attempted to cancel my order. A few days later the love seat was delivered, but it was damaged. Driver told me the "damage"was just compression from the packing and shipping. No, it's permanent. I reached out for the salesperson with pictures. She agreed to order a new one with the delivery with the recliner in 6 weeks. The driver also dropped off the batteries but there was no instructions on how to connect or recharge. I ask about that but got conflicting instructions. After a few days, I still did not understand how to attach the battery or recharge it. There doesn't appear to be a recharger. Then there was discussion about what was back ordered. Was told that the damaged couch was the item back ordered, but a manager later confirmed that it was the couch. I then decided to cancel this order and purchase furniture elsewhere, as the damage and delayed delivery became too much. After repeated calls requesting that they not, they still attempted to deliver the loaner couch. So two of the three pieces I ordered were damaged and I won't get the furniture I ordered for approximately 6 weeks, maybe. Despite repeated calls, I cannot get a manager to call me. No one else can or will cancel my order.

Good selection of furniture but the service is sorely lacking..........
Description of Work: Went to store to arrange a service call but was told they couldn't help. Called to arrange service call and after a long wait on hold, I was informed that I would have to leave a message and would be contacted within 24 hours. When that didn't happened, I sent them an email through FB and their website but still no response.

Description of Work: Sold and delivered 7 pieces of furniture. Nearly everything was delivered perfectly. One media center was slightly damaged but a wood technician came and was able to fix it beautifully yet still gave us the option to demand a replacement. The purchasing experience was friendly but a tad disorganized. Needed to correct a couple items on the bill.

Great experience working with the salesperson. Very helpful, extremely knowledgeable and guaranteed delivery arrive on the date scheduled. The table came in a box, the delivery guys unpacked it, cleaned up all the packaging and took with them. I had such a great experience with Hudson's that I went back and ordered a china cabinet that is a special order item. Can't wait for it to arrive.
