This is one of my favorite vendors and second review for this business. Effective, efficient and honest; like the and quot;old daysand quot; of doing business. I drove up and George immediately walked out to the car to unload my vacuum. The handle was quickly repaired. The fan belt needed replacing and he took the time to show me the outstretched size of my fan belt, vs a new one. He also gave me additional tips re: carpet height etc. Within 15 minutes he was helping me back to my car. I will continue to patronize this excellent business.

I took my old Kenmore vacuum in to see if it could be salvaged. They found a rebuilt motor to replace my burnt-out one, replaced it and cleaned it up while they were at it. This is an old school shop with vacuums and parts all over the place, and they know exactly how to find what they need and how to do the work quickly and well. Great guys!

I was happy with work and their prices were reasonable too.

I would definitely use this business again and was very pleased to find a business that delivers personal, skilled, HONEST attention.

Very friendly people and very reasonably priced. They also offer coupons in the yellow pages and recently honored an expired coupon for my bags.

Excellent service. The guy spent a lot of time with me going over the pros and cons of a central vacuum system. There was absolutely no pressure and he gave me tips on how to save on a central vacuum system cost. In the end, I chose to buy the best Simplicity canister vacuum that they sold, which was not in stock. I did not expect it to be in stock since they are expensive and this is a small shop. I called back the next business day and he ordered the vacuum for me, and had it at his shop the very next day like he promised. I am very happy with my vacuum choice and I really appreciated all the help the guy at the store gave me.

GEORGE IS A FRIENDLY SENIOR MAN WHO TREATED ME VERY POLITELY. I FELT MY VAC WOULD BE IN GOOD HANDS, SO I LEFT IT OVERNIGHT TO BE REPAIRED AND CHECKED OUT. GAVE ME THE SENIOR DISCOUNT. ACCEPTED MY LOCAL PERSONAL CHECK. I GAVE MY VAC A TRIAL RUN, BUZZING AROUND THE HOUSE. AOK. PROMPT WITH REPAIR; I BROUGHT IT IN LATE ONE DAY, WAS READY NEXT. CALLED NEXT AM TO TELL ME WHEN IT WOULD BE READY, AND IT WAS. SEEMED TO KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING; CARRIED VAC IN AND OUT FOR ME, (I AM OLD AND HAVE ARTHRITIS, SO IT WAS NICE TO HAVE THE VAC TAKEN OUT OF THE TRUNK OF MY CAR, AND RETURNED THERE); GEORGE TREATED ME IN A FRIENDLY WAY, WHICH IS IMPORTANT TO ME. I AM ON THE TIMID SIDE.
