Entire process went great! Called to get estimate and heard back from them within the hour. Came out next day for an estimate. At that time we scheduled an appointment. Day of the appointment Cody arrived at the scheduled time. Cody immediately went to work. He was very friendly and answered any questions I had. I couldn't be happier with the work he did! I was at work when they arrived but when I came home I was ecstatic with how amazing the recliners looked. One recliner almost looks new and it’s about 15 years old. I called on a Saturday and that Wednesday they were at my house.

It went like a breeze! The young men who came were good-humored professionnals who accepted to move a very heavy glass DR table the way it was supposed to be to take the stained carpet out from under. When they came back with the clean carpet they moved the table again and they accepted willingly to spot clean leftover little spots we had found on the LVR carpet. The price for the work was hefty but well worth it. I would recommend them anytime.

I highly recommend Castle Keepers. Within just a few hours of submitting an on-line request through Angie's list, Castle Keepers responded and an appointment was scheduled for the following day. Their technicians arrived exactly at the appointment time. Cody and another young man (sorry I forgot his name, but it might have been Rick) were very personable, polite, and did an excellent job of cleaning our carpets. I would definitely hire them again.

We have used many carpet cleaners in the past and recently was recommended to try Castle Keepers. Upon making an appointment Cody and Ricky showed up promptly as promised. They reviewed our needs and explained their process thoroughly and provided a reasonable quote. We immediately agreed to move forward, since they showed an outstanding experience, professionalism and courtesy. We never have been comfortable with leaving our house with service providers in the past, however we immediately felt very comfortable with them to complete the work and trusted them while we left the house for a short while. They called us when close to completed so we could return for them to show us the outstanding results. We no longer have to even consider another carpet cleaner. We will use them again and highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks for the great job!

Two young men showed up on time, had a tarp laid out outside, moved the area rug out to their tarp & cleaned it beautifully. When they brought it back inside the house, it was just slightly damp so they laid it on tile floor overnight and I moved it back to the living room the next day when it was completely dry. It looks beautiful and the whole process took less than an hour.

I found Castle Keepers Carpet Cleaners on Yelp and Angie’s List. Both rating services had them rated at or near the top of literally hundreds of Carpet Cleaners. My carpet is an older lighter berber and had several dog urine stains on it, plus some coffee/tea stains. Chad and Noah from Castle Keepers arrived a few minutes before the appointed time with Castle Keepers branded shirts, huge smiles and a lot of positive energy. They reconnoitered my house and quickly began pre-spraying and asking appropriate questions and listening to my concerns, such as under the beds and some other hard to get areas. My carpet coverage is probably about 800sq ft, maybe a little more or a little less. It took them about 90 minutes to thoroughly clean the carpet and I had nearly brand new looking carpet! They moved the heavy sofa, recliners and table lamps, put them on styrofoam blocks and asked if I had any additional issues. I found one small spot and Chad quickly addressed it. I fully recommend Castle Keepers, am not in any way associated with them, and will use them again next Spring.

Setting an appointment time with Kevin was quick and easy. Cody and Noah arrived on time and were very professional in appearance with nice uniforms. Both were very friendly and personable while cleaning the sectional and made absolutely no mess. Will definitely use Castle Keepers in the Future!

Did a very good job for a price that was in-line with the work performed. Punctual and polite.

Took longer than I expected to clean the carpet, sofa and love seat, 8:30am to almost noon. A crew of 2, but one guy did most of the work.
