Timely, professional...everything looks spectacular...AND they didn't leave soapy or wet results as I've experienced in the past.

They were timely, and we had several stains on the carpet that they were able to get out. They were friendly, professional and knowledgeable!

They showed up on time did a very good job and left. We will use them again.

Castle Keepers fit us in at the last minute, I called a day prior to my requested service date and the gentleman who answered the phone said he would call me back first thing in the morning to see if it would be possible. He held true to his word and called first thing in the morning and set up the appointment for the afternoon. The carpets looked outstanding after they were done, and they were very friendly and professional. Very highly recommend them and would use their services again.

Scheduling and working with Kevin was a breeze.  We were still in VA closing on our home there.  Kevin and his group came in and did a phenomenal job.  There was a washer and dryer in the laundry room and they took the time and effort to move those into the garage to be able to clean the tile and grout under those appliances.  We arrived in FL late that evening and the floors looked like different floors from when I first viewed the house.  The tile shines and the grout isn't black anymore!  I found Castlekeepers to be extremly professional, knowledgeable and thorough.  We will definitely use them again.

We needed our carpets cleaned after grand kids visited. Spots were everywhere and we were so happy that Castle Keepers could restore them to look like new. 

The company always showed up on time. The work was very good and they cleaned up after themselves when finished. They were also very friendly and treated me like a real person.

It went very well. It was the second time we used them. They were on time, very professional and very polite. They did what they were supposed to do. They explained very clearly what they were doing and that steam cleaning of the tiles, depending on how old it is, it cleans but it doesn't necessarily go back to new. They wanted to make sure that we understood the realities of using it on very old tiles.

Start to finish approximately 2 hours. Suggest do stay on scene and don't leave to come back and find work completed. Had a couple of stains in carpet that they were unable to remove.

We had badly stained carpets and as stated above, they did an excellent job.

They were fine. They did a good job. I was very satisfied. I would definitely not hesitate to recommend them. They were a little higher on the power washing than the others that I checked with.

Moving into a new home I wanted all of the carpet in the house cleaned.  Castle Keepers lived up to their name!!!  The two "gentlemen" that came to do the carpets were professional in every way!  They did a fantastic job and I was confident the carpet was as clean as it could get when they left.  I will reccomend the company from now on!!!

They arrived right on time and got to work right away.  They spent several hours cleaning everything thoroughly and did excellent work.  Just warn your neighbors that their very powerful truck mounted equipment can be very noisy.

Kevin McCreary, Owner, was extremely responsive and helpful on my initial call for information and scheduling.  Tony and Kurt arrived promptly on the same day as my initial call, and Tony did a complete evaluation of my carpet needs.  The carpet cleaning, repair and protective 3M application was truly the best this carpet owner has ever seen.  He also repaired two areas of the carpet which required TLC.  Those results were great!  Kevin and his team will be on my Must Contact list for all future carpet care.  Both the Team and the outcomes were superb!

The service went very well.  The cleaning technicians were prompt, responsive and did an outstanding job.  It was apparent they take great pride in their work and customer service.  The price was very reasonable, especially with the Angie's List discount - well worth the expense.  I will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

For several years we were using a national carpet cleaning company.  I was getting annoyed as they were not doing a very good job and advised me I needed new wool carpeting.  I went to Angies's List to get a recommendation and found Castle Keepers.  I called and they were here three days later.  They did a beautiful job and my carpet looks like new.  They advised me it would probably take an additional cleaning to get all the chemicals out that the previous company had not extracted. I highly reccomend this company.

They were on time and told us what they were going to be doing and how long it was going to take to dry. The work was fast and efficient.

The two man crew arrived within the timeframe indicated, calling first to let me know they were on their way. They introduced themselved and explained how they would proceed and gave me a price quote prior to bringing in any equipment. Also, honored the Angie's list coupon for 15% off. I had three rooms cleaned and they did a wonderful job. They did not attempt to sell me more services or a contract. They were very professional and courteous I would recommend they to anyone who has a need for carpet cleaning. I will definately use them again and have told several friends about their excellent service.
